Wawel Kraków City Apartments provided a wonderful stay! The accommodation was small and cozy but surprisingly spacious enough to fit up to 8 people comfortably. Located in a beautiful old tenement house, its high ceilings and classic parquet flooring added a timeless, elegant touch, enhancing the authentic Kraków experience. The kitchen area and hallway were quite roomy, and the balcony was a nice touch. The secure entry made us feel safe, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The heating was especially considerate—whenever we returned from a day out exploring the city, the apartment was always warm and welcoming, which was much appreciated on colder days. The hosts also thoughtfully provided towels, teas, and coffees, and the check-in process was seamless with clear instructions. They were always prompt in responding to any questions we had. The location is unbeatable, just a short walking distance to major attractions like Wawel Royal Castle, Sukiennice, Wisła River, the main square (Rynek Główny), and St. Mary’s Basilica. Public transport options, including trams and buses, are also conveniently close by. The combination of its tenement charm, comfort, and prime location made it a fantastic choice, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very big apartment. Nice living room, big sofa and big enough dining area for five people. Lot of tv-channels. Big bathroom with bathtub, two toilets. Enough kitchen-tools for five people. The functioning air-condition machine cooled almost the whole apartment. Bakery, cafeteria, restaurants and mini-markets very near.

Apartment was in second (or third) floor, information told first floor. No microwave. The other air-condition machine did not work. When there was heavy rain, some water flood inside from the roof. There was no cleaning equipment in the room. We had problems to find the right apartment and the keybox. There was a big road-construction work in that address, that was not informed to us.

The property was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and only ten minutes away from the centre.

The entrance to the property was difficult to find especially arriving late at night as there was not much lighting in the courtyard. Also the courtyard was used for groups of people in the late evening and early hours of the morning to smoke and drink.

Wawel Kraków City Apartments was a lovely place to stay! The apartment was cozy and full of character, with charming details that added to its warm, welcoming feel. The location was perfect! Very close to all the main attractions like Wawel Royal Castle, Rynek Główny, and St. Mary’s Basilica. Kraków itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed our time so much that we decided to extend our stay. The process was incredibly easy, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Lesson learnt, do not carry heavy suitcases. No elevators We also arrived at 4am on Xmas day and did not want to phone the host. It took us over an hour to find our accommodation. The instruction and numbering of street addresses were not easy to follow (fortunately we had someone who has been in Poland for a yr and was able to realise difference btwn post code and building numbers) A microwave in the apartment would have been awesome (oven did help in the end)

Very clean and spacious apartment in good location and in walking distance to most attractions. The only letdown was the extended roadworks on the street leading to the apartment. I know this is necessary and not really a disturbance as the apartment is set back from the road by a courtyard. The noise is not very bad if you are out all day like in our case as it is quiet again at night. It did not really spoil our stay and I would book it again as everything else was very good.

The accommodation was perfect for our group of five — the room was spacious, clean, and ideally located. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and hassle-free.

The only downside was the beds, which were not very comfortable and made quite a bit of noise.

The apartment was nice and we enjoyed our stay. A few things that could make it even better would be having air conditioners in the rooms, a microwave, and more comfortable beds.

it was very nice to deal with accommodation that had no problems. The apartment is located five minutes from the center, many cafes and shops are nearby. The apartment has everything - from an equipped kitchen to an iron and a hair dryer. It is good that you can enter the apartments without contact at any time. I can recommend these apartments for both short stays and stays for a week or more.
