Everything was good, especially the location was perfect 👌

I stayed in a bunk bed in an 8 person room and it was comfortable but I think they need to put curtains on the beds, it is not comfortable.

We had a comfortable & relaxing stay! Less than a 10 minute walk to Old Krakow. The check in/check out instructions were detailed, the cost was very affordable & the free parking included was a definite bonus considering parking in Europe is extremely difficult. Only confusing part was we were instructed to phone the reception desk once we pulled up to the gate for parking, but being first timer in Europe we didn’t know “gate” meant doors. Once we realized the doors were common for European parking it helped out for the remainder of our travels. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Krakow.

Everyone was kind and helpful. The location was perfect. You can go on foot (15min) to the centre or by train (2 stations). Parking was in hostel's backyard and was free and very safe. The room was very big, bright (2 big windows with a look to backyard) and clean. Breakfast was very good. We could choose a few different kind of cereals, fruits, vegetables, cheese, salami, drinks etc. We could use the kitchen in the rest of day and we made ourselves a soup and pasta. Few meters from hostel there is a shop. We highly recommend this place!!!

The additonal beds' mattrass for our teenage kid wasn't good (very thin) but it was enough space for three of us at double bed. For me, a pillow was too big/high but the whole hostel/room had so many good facilities so our stay was comfortable and we give it a very high grade. There was no soap in bathroom but there was in shower. And we were in hurry, but if we told to recepcionist, I'm sure they would helped us.

- the rooms were spacious with free, spacious lockers - the breakfast was decent (however, not a very social atmosphere during breakfast) - the 8 bed dorm had a private bathroom and there were additional toilets and bathrooms in the hallways - the location is quite nice as well with a Butcher shop, a traditional "milk bar" restaurant and a 6am-23pm convenience store right outside

- the mattress was really not good. It was very lumpy and soft. That, especially combined with the very thick pillow, made for a not super comfortable sleep. - the reception staff is less friendly and helpful than the average. Not the usual warm welcome, no showing you what to do on a map. - the bathroom smelled really bad the first day. Probably it was smell from the drains. Somehow it disappeared after the first night. - without ear plugs, the noise from the street (with the windows open) will be too loud for most people.

Spacious. Spread over 2 floors. Large lounge with kitchen. Exceptionally clean. Dorm bunks: solid frames, lower bunk has lots of head room, mattress long enough for me at 184cm & very comfortable. Large lockers to hold bag. Staff very helpful with breakfast & especially booking tickets online to Lviv despite efforts by websites, IMHO, to be non intuitive. Only hostel I've known to have WiFi routers in each dorm to avoid blackspots. Decent breakfast buffet laid out in morning. Bustop to train station a few minutes walk away. River, castle, Old Town market square a short, pleasant walk away. Christmas market there during my visit.

There's nothing to dislike. It's a hostel and does it's thing very well.

The hostel is very clean and well maintained. I loved the fact that every bed has a big spacious locker with a key to safely store your belonging. Great breakfast with a huge variety of different fruits, veggies, and everything else that you would like to start your day with (delicious ham).

Only one shower/toilet. Had to call the receptionist before arrival which I don’t like to do but that’s only me.

Clean and comfy hostel, nice location. The breakfast is good especially for the price, as it’s included. Good value for money.

Bathrooms were okay, could use paper for drying hands and some extra hooks. Also one shower per floor often isn’t enough for a hostel that has maximum capacity of 78 people, but it doesn’t seem there would be any space for more showers either.

Truthfully everything, I booked this last minute just as a place to rest for one night and it by far exceeded expectations. it was prices ~25% higher than other hostels but absolutely worth it. The woman at check in was very kind, explained everything well. The room was warm (Krakow was cold and snowy at the time), all beds had power sockets, and were clean and comfortable. Lockers were available for free using a provided key. Breakfast was way better than expected, normally a free hostel breakfast is toast or cereal but this had all kinds of fruits, vegetables, cheese, meat, coffee, tea, juice, baked goods etc. There was also a kitchen if you prefer to cook lunch/dinner yourself. It is not exactly in the center but a quick walk away.

I didn't mark the score down for this, but since Krakow was so snowy everyone entered the hostel with wet shoes and there was no rug in reception which would have kept things a lot cleaner. Also the bathroom didn't have a bathmat so the floor got quite wet. Really small problems.

Very nice hostel in the centre of Krakow at a good level - equipment, staff, cleaness. Really close to the center, you dont need to use public transport, can go by foot. There is a bus stop right next to the hostel from where you can go to Wieliczka! Great. We liked the included breakfast, tasty.

We had little problems with parking place - if you go by car let them know in time to reservate the parking place for you. The hotel has just few places, when we had come it was full, but we find place near from hostel and during weekend it was free.
