Great location. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming. The reception ladies were very nice, and so was the lady at the breakfast. The location is fantastic. 10 minute walk to the Old Square or 15 minutes to Wawel Castle. Many small shops around but yet very quiet area.

The room is quite small but I knew it when booking Ibis. But that is to say, if you plan shopping and coming at least as a couple with two suitcases, the room might be too tight to keep suitcases out of the way. The breakfast at 55 PLN offers a decent choice with some veggies, eggs, pancakes and some deserts, but coffee was surprisingly not good (usually Accor hotels offered a better coffee). However, going to a cafe somewhere nearby is likely to cost the same amount for an omlet with a cup of coffee. So probably having a breakfast at the hotel is a good choice. The rest was just fine. I’d probably comeback, maybe to Novotel next door, for a change, next time.

It is a nice hotel not far from the city center. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it offers a nice breakfast. A direct bus ride from the airport takes you to the hotel.

Located 15-20 minute walk from the old town, the location was great if you prefer to not be staying right in the middle of the tourist area, with a nice walk along the river to get to the Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were great in confirming our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau after we didn’t get confirmation via email/text*. Rooms are simple but have everything you need and are comfortable. Fresh water machine is available in the hallway of your floor.

*Not so much the fault of the hotel, but as an fyi, if you are interested in visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau I would recommend booking in advance and via the Auschwitz-Birkenau website directly as opposed to opting for the service offered via a third party provider whose flyer/details are available at hotel reception. Price was excessively high and the travel service was poor. But I haven’t marked down the hotel for this as it’s not their direct service!

I stayed here for a business trip as a single adult. Location: From the airport, take the 300 bus for about 25 minutes to the bus stop, then walk for about 3 minutes. The old town is just under 10 minutes by tram or 15 minutes on foot. Staff: After arriving, I requested a receipt for check-in, and they were very quick and happy to help. They also gave me a simple guide to the surrounding area. Room and equipment : Equipped with all the basic amenities, a hairdryer, soap, etc., and was there is enough space to fit a suitcase. The room was also clean. There was a shared water purifier in the hallway, which was very helpful. Breakfast : started at 6:30am, but there was a good variety of food and it was enjoyable. It was easy to get to the old town, and overall it was a high-quality hotel, so if you are worried about staying at an apartment hotel close to the city center, I think you can use it with peace of mind.

I liked the hotel very much. The location is excellent, near the castle. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable, fresh and beautiful. There is tea, coffee, a kettle and an empty bottle for self-filling water near the elevator. We arrived 1.5 hours earlier and the girl at the reception did not check us in, but allowed us to leave our things. And at the same time there were Poles and they were checked in. Of course, this attitude was disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Krakow Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious dinner. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, all beautifully presented and bursting with flavors . The ambiance in the dining area was warm and inviting, making for a delightful evening. Overall, my stay at Ibis Krakow was enhanced by the wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both its accommodations and its excellent culinary offerings.

Room should have more plugs located in the wall instead above the head.. small fridge would be great in the room

One of the best hotels I been at. Lovely staff and does not look or feel like a 3 star hotel but definitely a 4 star. Transportation is close by but so is walking for 17min to reach the square where the Christmas market was hold🥰

Cleaning staff should at least know the word “cleaning” in English. Didn’t get room cleaned (which was to take out the trash mainly) and when I talked to one of the cleaners she didn’t understand at all and flipped the “clean my room” sign to “don’t clean” as I was holding the door 😅

Hotel was clean and quiet, with 24hours reception. The room was right size. Nice touch with a water machine in the corridor, rather than providing plastic bottles.

The shower was leaking every time we used it, also the door instead of a handle, had a whole? Which obviously was letting the water splash through it on the floor. The sockets were located underneath the light panel above the bed and it was difficult to plug anything in, as very small space between the socket and the wall.

Location is very good, realy close to city center. Breakfast was exellent, a lot to choose from. Very tasty food and also very fresh. Staff was very polite and helpful. There is also garage in the hotel so it is a big plus if you are traveling by car. All in all good expirience

Room heating was bad. There was AC built in but when you turn it to warm up the room it blows cold air even if you set it on thermometer to plus 30. Also there was no carpet in the rooms, and hotel did not provide any slippers, so a bit cold on your feet, but that was not as big problem as the room temperature. This should not be problem during the warmer part of the year, but during the winter it is

Conveniently situated just outside of the old town but not too far to walk. Convenient for Castle/Cathedral as well and close to the river. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Would have preferred a safe in the room. The safe by reception was always available but a bit of a hassle keep having to ask the staff for access with some insisting contents were signed in and out whilst others didn’t (suspect small training issue there).
