The apartment was excellent. Comfortable, spacious, with all the things we needed. The staff were lovely - answering my questions swiftly and fully. The location also can't be beat, with Wawel just across the river and a bus stop taking you directly to Wieliczka Salt Mine within 5 mins walk.

The reception desk was rarely staffed. While the short hours of reception were communicated, they were not always consistent. This may have been due to the Easter break being soon, so possibly due to limited capacity.

This apartment was brilliant. It was spotless, well equipped and very large. It was homely with candles, flowers and little touches here and there. The staff were absolutely brilliant at reception, welcoming us and saying goodbye. We were on the top floor, but even with this, didn't seem to much of a stress as the stairs weren't steep and very open planned, was really nice.

The only criticism, which unfortunately is a rather large one considering it was a big part of the apartment, was that the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's just how they are in Poland, but our mattress was only half the thickness of what we get elsewhere when we travel and the pillows were more like soft bean bags, I did ask for different pillows at reception however, we got given extra ones of the same. Therefor we stayed on the sofa bed instead, which was much more comfortable than the main bed. Maybe this was a misunderstanding with the language barrier so all is forgiven 🙂😉

Very spacious apartment. Facilities for use such as, pots, pans, cutlery, microwave, fridge mini hobs to cook. Tables, chairs, a little chill area. Ect. Everything was thorough off. Even ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Although the area was really quite so not needed. Short walk into town centre around 10 minutes walk..

We had a little trouble entering the property. Resulting in us contacting the staff to get codes to enter and for keys ect. But once the first time was done. Very easy there after.

The location was convenient. Check-in was straightforward. We stayed just one night before an early flight from Krakow Airport, and it worked well for that purpose.

One suggestion: I’m not a fan of long-hair carpets or decorative bed covers, as they’re not typically cleaned between guests each time. Removing these would make the space feel more hygienic and easier to maintain.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the city center. A very nicely decorated hotel for the New Year holidays, a Christmas tree in the room, it's cool. The recreation room for guests is also great, especially when there are children, there is something to occupy them. The administration immediately responded to all our requests, which is nice. Thank you for a nice vacation!!!

Instructions were plentiful and straightforward. The entrance and hallway are nicely decorated and clean. Loads of room. Clean, comfortable, and has everything needed. Tea bags, coffee, sugar, and water were a nice touch on arrival.

The only criticism I have is that the pillows could do with being renewed.

It’s near both Kazimierz and the old town. Small shops and bakeries are also a few minutes walk away. It’s clean and have everything you need. We could easily park on in front of the building.

It’s next to a big street with heavy traffic which leads to the highway. You can block the sound by keeping the windows closed. They are very good for that.

Everything was exceptional! I was visiting Krakow with my parents and we found this flat very comfortable for three people. We had everything we could have asked for and found everything in pristine condition. The flat is very centrally located and everything inside feels brand new and well curated. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back!

Amazing facilities and within reasonable walking distance of Old Town! The walk to Old Town was also very nice because it went alongside a river, and there are plenty of good food options nearby. The small kitchen in the apartment was extremely useful. We loved the games room downstairs too! :)

Nice and comfortable. Nice personnel. Cool design. Amazing game room with pool tabel.

We were just missing some paper towels in the kitchen and instructions on how to turn on the tv. Maybe some channels in English would be great. But overall everything was fantastic.
