The hotel is located in a prime location on the river with a stunning view of Wawel Castle. We had a wonderful river view from our room and it was well worth paying extra for this as it was brilliant to look out on the scenery, see sunrises and sunsets and watch the world go by. The room was fairly basic, but it was big and very clean. We slept well. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant looked out on the river too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although we had to walk a little bit to get into the old town, it wasn’t far and this location was quieter and much better for us.

The shower wasn’t the best, but it got the job done!

The views from the rooms and from the dining area are simply breathtaking: Vistula (Wisła) river and the Wawel castle directly across the river. Might be the best view in Kraków (at least according to my liking). Also, the room was surprisingly spacious. The service was on-point, no complains about that. There are some reports about the noise in summer, but at least in late February it was perfectly quiet and relaxed, so I guess should be tranquil during the colder months. The breakfast, I'd say, was a bit basic, but that was well-compensated by the magical view from the dining table :) The coffee was even quite ok by hotels' standards.

Close to the town centre...very easy to walk to. Fantastic view of the river and castle so long as you booked a room on that side of the building. Plenty of choice for a continental breakfast. Water given everyday in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Answered emails to questions before the trip quite quickly. We couldn't make use of the breakfast one morning due to a very early trip we had booked on so the hotel provided us with a very nice packed lunch to take with us.

The towels were thin...but clean. Whole hotel could do with a little updating with the decor and maybe a few extra amenities in the room..ie a small fridge, a safe...another chair to sit on as only one provided. But overall, it was designated a 3* rating and it was perfectly adequate for 4 nights... Only one pillow each..I like two...but then that could just be a personal preference.

We liked the view, the location and the spacious room. The breakfast was very complete with lots of options. Very cute also that the last day that we had very early check in they gave us a bag with the breakfast that we were about to miss.

The cleaning was a bit average and I believe with a bit of effort inside the building and in the rooms it can really add value. Also a bit problematic that there were no blinders or blackout curtains.

Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Very helpful staff. Good location for river walks and castle views. Bus to the salt mines (no. 304)stops very close though they don’t advertise this.

Small refrigerator in the room would have been really good but able to get milk from breakfast room (we asked and were given this option).

Breakfast was really good for a 3 star hotel.

Walls were on the thinner side and there was some noise from other rooms. WIFI was not very good and phone reception was also not on maximum, so I had problems with video streamings.

I like everything about this hotel. Superb location, super close to old town. Parking place is fortunately available when we arrive. Our room has an amazing view to river and castle. Breakfast is also delicious. Staffs are friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back again next time I visit Krakow

Location, location, location! I booked deluxe room with castle view, and it was amazing :) Highly recommend this option Great staff, very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was better than average.

The room had some wear and tear, for example damaged vent grill. But I was there at the end of season, so I'd give the hotel some credits in this area.

The room was large and comfortable, somewhat unusual shape (fun) with nice beds and a large bathroom. A lovely view of the castle across the river. The hotel is right between two bridges so we could choose how to walk to the old town. Good breakfast, too.

Breakfasts were simple but fully satisfying, with a beautiful view of the Royal Castle. Very convenient, quiet and well-connected location. Spacious apartment.

Just an advise - not all rooms have view on the river (obviously) and they are not distinguished while booking - if you care - made an extra request.
