Location was very good, close to tram lines and busses (including the. bus to and from the airport). The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was okay. I loved that they used codes for the room instead of keycards or keys, as this made it easy for my partner and me to move around separately without having to worry for keys.

There was one night a foul smell in the bathroom, though I am happy that it was gone subsequent nights. The breakfast is a bit pricey for what it has to offer (plain slices of bread, cereals, chemical juice instead of real orange juice, scrambled eggs and sausage (those were nice)). The airflow wasn't good enough for the window to be closed all the time and with the windows open, you could hear quite some nice from the streets (we were on the first floor)

Really big and comfy bed, shower nice and not a bad location to the city really close to wawel castle we could see it close from our room Friendly staff and they even let us keep our bags there after we'd checked out If your on a budget and looking for a hotel stay here

Only bad thing is that your charged if you want to check in early we were 40 mins early and they wanted to charge us to check in so we didn't pay it and went for a walk but they kept our bags safe for us before we checked in, I'm not saying the charge for early check in is bad especially if it's early morning but we thought it wouldn't have been a charge for under an hour before check in but still a great stay

The facility was clean, and the staff was nice, and they helped me with everything that I needed. The breakfast was fine, but I hope they add more dish because it's kinda boring, but the food was tasty, tho. We stayed 3 nights, and overall, it's awesome.

The room was small, but it was clean and cozy. I just hope they add refrigerator in each rooms so we don't need to keep on going outside because we stayed here for 3 nights and we kept on going in and out of the hotel when we want to drink cold beverages. Also, please add toothbrush and toothpaste it was necessary for everyday hygiene. And also shampoo and conditioner because we bought our own outside and they were hard to find. I was thankful to the staff because they helped us to find what we needed.

Location is good. Close to old city but still little away from busy parts of the city. Hotel rooms are fine, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices from traditional Polish food to different kinds of salads.

Parking is a little tricky. If there are several cars arriving or leaving, you need to wait in a que, because each car is moved by lift down to basement. Breakfast tends to get busy during rush hours, however, you still can find a place.

This is the perfect hotel if you are attending an event at the ICE Krakow Congress Center. It is located just on the opposite side of the street. Buses and trams can take you to the city centre, and although you might get a room facing a busy street, those windows are very good for reducing the noise. You can barely hear anything from outside. Also, the Vistula River, with a gorgeous Wawel Castle view, is within a 5-minute walk. 24/7 Carrefour Express convenient store located less than 100m away.

The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous. Every day, they look the same, with the same "hot" things and the same "cold" things. To entertain the guests, a bit of rotation might be helpful.

Room offers everything you need for a short stay. Location of the hotel is perfect. Direct bus (number 300) drives from hotel to the Krakow airport. Short walk to old city center and to all important monuments. Public transport is available infront of the hotel and very simple to use.

Breakfast was with many options and everything was very good, I only didn’t like the taste of scrambled eggs, but honestly you can choose anything else and will be just fine.

We booked very late at night at the last minute as we needed to stay in Cracow due to lack of transport from the airport to the final destination. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, comfortable beds, we can't fault it. I am very happy with our stay and I highly recommend it to others. Check out 12pm we could sleep longer after long and tired fly.

Breakfast is a little bit expensive if you want too, additional charges but it is optional. The room needs an extra bin in the room it's only one it the toilet 🪠🚽. Rest all Good 👍😊

The property is in an amazing area and was well kept and stylish. The pricing is great the rooms are basic but comfortable and have everything you need.

It did say that there was private parking however this is a very very small space round the back where there’s only space for around three or four vehicles. It was very tight. But not the end of the world and we were still accommodated with someone that helped park me.

It was a good stay

The second day I had to wait 20+mins because the truck getting the towels, for cleaning them I guess, was blocking the car entrance. I had to wait on the road, then when I got inside there was an issue with the "security" and the lift. Another customer got to the lift and I was left again waiting. I parked on another spot that in the meanwhile freed up. That really pissed me off tbh.

Newly built hotel with nice interior and good rooms. Very good breakfast selection. 24/7 reception, helpful staff. Mini shop with few shelfs of snacks and drinks near reception. Old town is walking distance - 15-20min. Car parking on-site; car elevator to access garage is narrow, but good enough; you also get help from security guy; several parking spots for big cars without need to use elevator; consider parking on the street nearby, if spots available, because hotel parking price is quite high.

On-site car parking cost could be lower. Be aware that car elevator to the garage is not working on Sunday from 2pm till 10pm (check on reception for latest), so you need to park car on ground level or nearby street, if need to get out or in during this time slot.
