Staff were great. Room was very clean. Location is just over the bridge to Kazimierz - 15 minutes walk and you are in the centre. 20-25 minutes walk to the old town. Breakfast was good (as good as buffet breakfasts can be to be honest) - for 55zloty I think it is on the edge for good value. I wouldn't do it every morning - plenty of other options over the bridge. In the room, everything was great, room and shower temperature excellent. However, be aware that the rooms are pretty basic as well as some basic toiletries were absent - and for the price I would expect toothpaste to be in the room. They have a dental kit for 5 zloty, but there is only enough toothpaste for 1 day and it comes with a new toothbrush each time - I think including toothpaste in the cost of the room would be better. I was happy with my stay, but I would probably stay somewhere different next time.

Exceptionally clean, room serviced, air conditioning great, tea and coffee but no milk, basic bathroom amenities, great shower. Check in open all night as we arrived on a very late flight, great communication at all times. Left bags the day we checked out, came back and sat in reception area for an hour when collecting for a rest, no problems at all. Check out was midday which was excellent. Small supermarket downstairs.

Curtain in room didn't cover window well enough to block out the light. Location is hotel area, not touristy, not really any restaurants or fast food that are close by.

Location was very good, close to tram lines and busses (including the. bus to and from the airport). The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was okay. I loved that they used codes for the room instead of keycards or keys, as this made it easy for my partner and me to move around separately without having to worry for keys.

There was one night a foul smell in the bathroom, though I am happy that it was gone subsequent nights. The breakfast is a bit pricey for what it has to offer (plain slices of bread, cereals, chemical juice instead of real orange juice, scrambled eggs and sausage (those were nice)). The airflow wasn't good enough for the window to be closed all the time and with the windows open, you could hear quite some nice from the streets (we were on the first floor)

nice staff pretty close to the city center. clean, i like the carpeted floors, makes it feel cozy :). good AC, overall pretty modern.

a bit more storage space/cabinets would have been nice the parking is definitely quite tricky and not for an amateur driver, I probably wouldn't stay in this hotel for a longer period of time if there was a need to drive often, its very narrow and requires good judgement of space, though there is a nice security guard who helps you out with parking, so that was very appreciated :).

Really big and comfy bed, shower nice and not a bad location to the city really close to wawel castle we could see it close from our room Friendly staff and they even let us keep our bags there after we'd checked out If your on a budget and looking for a hotel stay here

Only bad thing is that your charged if you want to check in early we were 40 mins early and they wanted to charge us to check in so we didn't pay it and went for a walk but they kept our bags safe for us before we checked in, I'm not saying the charge for early check in is bad especially if it's early morning but we thought it wouldn't have been a charge for under an hour before check in but still a great stay

The facility was clean, and the staff was nice, and they helped me with everything that I needed. The breakfast was fine, but I hope they add more dish because it's kinda boring, but the food was tasty, tho. We stayed 3 nights, and overall, it's awesome.

The room was small, but it was clean and cozy. I just hope they add refrigerator in each rooms so we don't need to keep on going outside because we stayed here for 3 nights and we kept on going in and out of the hotel when we want to drink cold beverages. Also, please add toothbrush and toothpaste it was necessary for everyday hygiene. And also shampoo and conditioner because we bought our own outside and they were hard to find. I was thankful to the staff because they helped us to find what we needed.

I really liked the location, it's just 20 min by bus 300 from the airport. The tram stop is right next to the hotel, and there’s a small Carrefour next door, which is very convenient. It’s a basic hotel for a few nights, but it has everything you need. The breakfast was great, with hot options, fresh fruits, sweets, and nice coffee. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Just the firm mattresses and the fact that there was only a rubbish bin in the bathroom.

Location is good. Close to old city but still little away from busy parts of the city. Hotel rooms are fine, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices from traditional Polish food to different kinds of salads.

Parking is a little tricky. If there are several cars arriving or leaving, you need to wait in a que, because each car is moved by lift down to basement. Breakfast tends to get busy during rush hours, however, you still can find a place.

This is the perfect hotel if you are attending an event at the ICE Krakow Congress Center. It is located just on the opposite side of the street. Buses and trams can take you to the city centre, and although you might get a room facing a busy street, those windows are very good for reducing the noise. You can barely hear anything from outside. Also, the Vistula River, with a gorgeous Wawel Castle view, is within a 5-minute walk. 24/7 Carrefour Express convenient store located less than 100m away.

The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous. Every day, they look the same, with the same "hot" things and the same "cold" things. To entertain the guests, a bit of rotation might be helpful.

Room offers everything you need for a short stay. Location of the hotel is perfect. Direct bus (number 300) drives from hotel to the Krakow airport. Short walk to old city center and to all important monuments. Public transport is available infront of the hotel and very simple to use.

Breakfast was with many options and everything was very good, I only didn’t like the taste of scrambled eggs, but honestly you can choose anything else and will be just fine.
