Very helpful, friendly, quick taking action, excellent English speaking staff. Very comfortable bed. 2 buildings are well connected. Our top floor suite had good view. Truely darkening window shades. More spacious than average hotel room. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Air conditioner in good condition. Highly recommended.

At the first place it is a bit hard to locate the hotel and it is a bit far from oldtown restaurants but once you find it, it has its own cozy restaurant too and you might not want to walk to town any more. Parking can be an issue in one way streets but you will find a slot.

the entrance to the property is very modern and welcoming. the diffusers create a lovely smell throughout the building. the receptionist provided us with all the information we needed. and we’re very approachable and welcoming no language barriers , the room was beautiful we had rose petals scattered from door entrance towards jacuzzi with 2 glasses and bottle of Prosecco awaiting our arrival , the hotel and room is very clean , room service was great. we ate out so never got to experience dinning in at the restaurant within the hotel which was unfortunate. having the jacuzzi in the room was excellent with the amount of walking we did we were able to just come back and relax in our room privately. facilities were all great. hotel to main market square is about 20 minute walk but doesn’t feel like it you have so much to look at walking over the bridge and past the river looking onto the castle and round towards main market square it’s a lovely walk to do. we did not Uber once.

This is no fault of the hotel, but the walls are quite thin, so I would recommend taking earplugs and you can hear a lot from other rooms! Also the underfloor heating can get really hot, again, this is no fault of the hotel as it happened only on our last night, I’m sure they would have fixed this if we informed them.

Located close enough, but far enough from the centre, excellent restaurant, very clean, nice breakfast.

Maybe it’s just me, but too many lights inside the room, that can not be switched off (kind of controller screen, very bright), or switch on when you move around at night.

Room design Excellent restaurant-class breakfast. Somebody retarded was complaining that the breakfaset ws not swedish buffet style - well if you want a hotel for poor people, then OK. Here, we have nice hotel relatively close to city center, with nice interior design and absolutely fantastic restaurant.

Somebody used some kind of odour candle. This could cover smell of cigarettes, if there were any. Not sure but my partner didn't liked this smell, which was nice, but too strong and normally unnecessary in clean looking room. Unless they had problem with air conditioning, not sure.

Clean and great quality rooms, super polite staff members who speak very good English. Restaurant workers are very friendly and quick to help. Perfect room sizes for 1-2 people. Neighbourhood is very calm and perfect for walks, amazing terrace for drinks outside the hotel. Very kind female administrators, willing to help their guests

Blankets are a bit too small - even for 1 person it's too small to wrap/cover yourself fully. No bath robes - it is a must have, especially for cold autumn and winter evenings. Food ordered from the restaurant didn't taste too good (not enough spices/not cooked properly or "unusual" combination of flavours). I ordered Arancino with roasted leek (all I could taste was rice filling, not enough salt) and Entrecote alla griglia (potatoes were too bitter and sauce put on top of the meat really spoiled the meat flavour). HOWEVER, the administration brought the food to my room per my request and it was very quick, it was quicker than waiting for waiter to bring it - thank you for caring for your guests so well!

The room was exceptional and really worth the money the restaurant was cheap and the food was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were brilliant friendly cleanliness and very helpful. Would recommend for anyone

Was a bit long to walk in to the main square it looks us roughly 25 to 35 but wasn't to bad as you got too see krakow

Nice staff, luxurious room.

Heated floors not needed. Slightly odd having heated floors on all the time and then getting too hot so needed air conditioning on also which is waste of power. Also a gym would be nice. Also power sockets should be international, multi-use type

The entire staff was courteous and very helpful . Especially the front office and the restaurant team. Food was very tasty . Very approachable and proactive …if I ever visit Poland - krakow city again I would love to stay at here again … keep it up I was overwhelmed with your hospitality. Warm Regards Asavari
