After my first hotel turned out to be a nightmare, I booked this one at the very last minute and I don't regret it. It's quiet and clean, the staff is friendly yet professional, especially Masha and Dasha in the restaurant (thank you!). Breakfast was perfectly fine.

It's a bit further away from Rynek Główny (a 30-minute walk), but there is a tram stop about a seven-minute walk away.

loved that that room was quite big with a couch also. breakfast really good with lots of option had blackouts to each window nice carpet on the floor big bathroom with nice design confortable big bed

my room was above the restaurant area. 2 floors above, but i could still here the noise coming from there even though wearing earplug. it was extremely annoying. and at the same time with my staying there were some jewish group that had more than an hour singing loud prayers during breakfast and dinner and i could not rest beacuse of the noise. even moving the chairs on the floor could be heard to my room. this noise problem was extremly annoying one lady at the bar could improve the attitude serving the clients. a bit hot inside. i tried the AC but didn't worked

The room was a bit small, but overall comfortable. Good breakfast, even if sometimes if could be a bit crowded. The personnel was kind

To go to the city center either you walk (40 minutes) or you take public transportation (even if they are not super close)

Facilities for babies, baby cot was in the room. Very helpful at times when even finding a hotel where kids are allowed is a struggle

The could think of buying a couple baby chairs for the restaurant. It is not expensive, but could make a huge difference for many parents.

Hotel is situated near Kaziemierz district in a quiet place, it's large but you don't really feel the presence of other people. Parking was at the price lower than in the other hotels. The room was more or less clean but dusty.

Almost everything was ok, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, staff…

except there was no refrigerator in the rooms

Nice interior, comfortable beds, quality bathroom, great breakfast.

There was only one key to the triple room. Parking spaces at the hotel must be reserved in advance, otherwise on-street parking is available for a fee from Monday to Saturday (10:00 - 20:00).

The hotel was clean in every possible way (rooms, bathrooms, dining room, etc), staff kind and helpful (shared the parking app for the city), the breakfast was varried and plenty, elevators in perfect condition in both buildings.

Everything was OK.

The breakfast has the great variety! Hotel is located not far from the city center. Everyday cleaning and kettle with tea and coffee are nice bonuses.

Room was fine, more or less as expected. Clean, nothing missing.

The breakfast was slightly below average for being in Poland. Room was rather expensive, probably due to high demand in Cracow that particular day.
