Everything was nice. The location was great and the room was very warm. The water pression was excellent and warm water came immediately on the pipe. A huge bonus is the pretty modern elevator of the building. Moreover, in the proximity of the location there is a 24/7 Carrefour Express which helped for provisions.

The wallpaper from TV wall was not in a very good shape. The lighter from the mirror was not working properly and one of the hangers was missing. The doorknob was a bit unscrewed but it was perfectly functional.

The building looks very nice, there is a modern elevator and definitely has some historical vibe and genius loci. Location is good, just 9 minutes from the main square by a frequent tram connection. Parking was possible in the street, however longer parking wouldn't be economical and spaces can be scarce. Night is for free between 10pm and 10am I think so definitely packed and full during the night. Hotel offers a private parking for 40PLN per day - limited number approx 10-12 cars. Overall this hotel offers a great value for the money for $40 I think it was good.

Perhaps better sound insulation of the room would make a difference. During reconstruction they decided to keep the original wooden ceilings/floors which I think for a hotel is not the best idea. Further insulation needs to be added between the floors as it's possible to hear noises from the upper floor as well as the corridor. I did not try the breakfast but when I was leaving at 9:30am, the dining hall was empty with no guests eating at the moment so I couldn't really take a look.

Great location, very close to Wisla river and a wonderful playground for children. The bed and sofa very very comfortable, nice, clean, spacious room and kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood, safe parking (for additional fee and reservation in advance).

We really enjoyed our stay, but the apartment needs bit of maintenance (missing lighbulbs, towel rack by the shower was ripped off the wall, no hanger for towel in the bathroom). Maybe some more kitchen utensils would be appreciated. Still, those were just little flaws, we will definatelly come back and will recommend to our friends.

Our apartment was clean and neat, had everything we needed hot water, shower gel, soap, kettle, tea and coffee. The admin was friendly and we felt free to call her anytime if we had any questions. They also kindly let us check in earlier. The location is perfect. In a walking distance from Wawel Castle and river with a beautiful view!

The only reasons I cut 2 points from total 10, were: 1. It was a bit noisy, we could here other guests walking and talking at early and late hours 2. The check in is quite late on our opinion

The rooms are clean and well maintained, just like the rest of the property. The staff was responsive and promptly addressed my request for two single beds. They were also friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier than scheduled. The location is quiet and convenient, with quick access to popular tourist areas.

The breakfast was not worth the price—plain and very basic. Additionally, there is no lobby or common area where guests can meet or wait, which makes it less suitable for those traveling with colleagues.

This was my second stay at Maargick. The first time, I stayed in a single room (tiny room on the ground floor). This time round, I booked a double room with a king-size bed. The room was not like the rooms shown in the photos, but I didn't mind. It was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. The room was on the second floor, with the window facing the street, but it was very quiet and I managed to get a good night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom had a great shower and really hot water. Other pluses include: (1) kettle and tea/coffee in the room, (2) high-speed internet available free of charge.

Great value for money! I will be coming back! A couple of things that stand out: (1) great location - a very easy commute from Krakow Main Railway Station; located on a quiet side street within walking distance to the Old Jewish Quarter and main tourist sites; (2) very friendly, helpful and responsive host - super quick to respond, provides assistance where needed; (3) quick wi-fi - works without interruptions; (4) kettle, tea, and coffee (instant) provided at no additional cost.

The room was tiny, but then again - it was a single room at a great price, so can't really complain. The room was located on the ground floor near the main stairs, so there was some noise from people entering the building and going to their rooms on the higher floors at night, but nothing too bad.

The room is beautiful inside, which is pleasure for me, because I am sick of boring beige characterless hotel rooms. The space is enough per two. The bed is comfortable, with lots of pillows. There was some water and tea when we checked in and later a cleaning staff kindly brought more when cleaned the room the other day. The location is good, it is nice to walk to the old town, but tram station are also close. Conveniently, the key card was left in the locker; we came, we entered, no difficulties or unnecessary interactions. We checked out at 10:30 as it was required but we left our suitcase at the hotel at cleaner’s space, and went for a walk before departing in the evening.

There was no fridge in the room, not that big of a deal, but it’d be handy. Also there was no air condition, and sometimes it got hot inside, but there is a good fan that helps dealing with summer heat.
