Great location, with a nice view of the bridge. Easy to get to city center, great spots for a walk or run along the Vistula river. The room had everything we needed, and looked just like in the photos. Coffee pods were provided in the room. Loved the included breakfast. Also the staff was young and friendly. A nice touch were the Santa Claus themed slippers, which they provided during our Christmas stay there.

Yeah, you can hear some noise from the trams, but it’s not that big a deal. We got used to them and actually slept really well, even if we had a corner room. Also, some deep cleaning might be needed in places.

The location is perfect, just across the river from the Kazimierz district. The room was quite small but well laid out and with everything you need.

No parking means you have to park on the street and pay for it and it may be tricky to find a spot late in the evening. The receptionists varied a lot in attitude, some were friendly and professional and some would hardly say hello when we were passing by. I would suggest the breakfest to be included in the price or be a little extra. The way it is now it is quite pricey and there are so many options for cheaper and delicious breakfast near the hotel. Noise from the street and trams from 4:30am to late at night.

The location is great, its based close to many attractions such as Schindler’s factory the krakus mound and somewhat close to the main square. The rooms are very spacious and really nice, the balcony is lovely and overall there is a modern feel to the hotel, The bathroom and showers are really good and everything is provided even the A/C. The hotel restaurant is fantastic with the food being great, breakfast is definitely worth it which you cant say about many hotels, the breakfast is cheap and tasty, the lunches are great also, it has polish cuisine for a normal proce you would get around krakow.

I feel like the hotels cleaning let it down a little, Our soaps were not checked or replaced, nothing was wiped down and the floor was very dirty which turned our socks black almost straight away, our glasses were not even washed at all the whole time we stayed there.The pillows were also uncomfortable. This didn’t ruin our experience as the hotel really is great and would highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful apartment with brilliant facilities right on the river in a prime location. The old town is a little further away on foot, but easy to reach. The beautiful Jewish quarter Kazimierz right next door. Great view from the apartment, everything you need available

A few little things, rather suggestions for improvement: Air conditioning only available in the living room, not in the bedroom - Breakfast in itself very good, however the etagere you get is just too much if you order another meal. Selection could include more sweet spreads (jam, honey,...), but that’s personal taste - A short explanation for the breakfast would have been good (1 dish per person included) and in general the breakfast staff seemed a bit short tempered

Fantastic and exceptionally helpful reception team and night team. Deserve the upmost praise! The room was spectacular, the location was perfect, and I slept extremely comfortably.

Had mentioned it was both my birthday and my girlfriend's birthday but no acknowledgement of any kind. A small card in the room as a gesture would've at least been something that would make me feel more valued as a guest. The service absolutely exceeded my expectations, any time I needed to speak to someone at the desk - day or night - they were always happy to help and with a smile. Felt strange that the service exceeded expectations like that but no gesture for the special occasion. But it is a minor problem, there's no obligation to do so, but it wouldve made my stay better. The restaurant breakfast was a bit fancy for me, and didn't always agree with my stomach..however, I would say this is a personal problem and doesn't necessarily reflect on the restaurant itself.

Nice cozy hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Nicely located, next to the vistula river. We had a river view room, which was a nice extra. Especially during the november/december months, when the bridges are full of christmas lights. Hotel is also located perfectly. Outside the crowded touristic areas, but within max 30 min walking distance, depending or where you want to go. The jewish part of town is aprox 15 min walk and the main square (city centre) 20-25 min. Great value. I mean, where can you find a proper 4 star hotel within walking distance nowadays? We paid like € 350 for 4 nights.

The hotel itself was very warm, a bit too warm if you ask me. It is not the most quiet hotel in town. Krakows Tram system is huge, so there is a lot of noise coming out from outside traffic.

Great location close to some good restaurants (Pizza place around the corner) the river and certain attractions. I walk each morning and it enabled me to tour the main attractions across the river easily by foot. Clean, quiet and our room had a view of the river. Staff on reception very helpful with arranging transfers and storing our luggage. Had a restaurant which seemed popular but we ran out of time to use/had a comprehensive breakfast menu. Some convenience stores close by (3 minute walk) for cold drinks etc. This is a wonderful city and this hotel is too.

Really nice, spacious and well-decorated room. Good bathroom, too. Room was on the top floor and opened out to a private roof terrace, which I absolutely loved. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Waffles and the breakfast tray were great. Well-located. Would definitely stay again

Was a little confused with the breakfast. Had the waffles my first morning and they were great. I was also presented with bread, items to go with it (cheeses etc.) and some juice. It was all great but felt like a lot of food. As a result, the next day I opted for the oatmeal and only got the oatmeal plus the drink I'd ordered. The day after, I opted for the vegan breakfast (15 pln extra off the top of my head), which I personally don't think was too great - had wanted the waffles again initially but was told it would be a long wait. I got the tray with this option and again, felt like a lot of food.

The room was lovely, we booked a superior room and it seemed we got a slight upgrade as we also had a balcony which I wasn't sure was included with the room but was an added bonus! The breakfast was amazing, you get so much food! It's a really nice change from the buffet breakfast at most hotels.

I thought the room i stayed in, number 21, could do with some coat hooks on the door, some little milk pods or something for the coffee machine and I think the room could do with a safe just because that's what I'm used to having to put my passport in

The breakfast was very good, enjoyed the fact you could order off the menu so no food waste. Beds were very comfortable, extra pillows also available on request. Room very clean and spacious. Good location to town overall a good experience

Waitresses a little slow, took half an hour second morning to take order and served other people who came off the street before seeing to us. Had asked twice for some assistance, only when we approached the receptionist did she go to kitchen staff and waitresses to take our orders. Third morning no problem, went down for 8am and it seemed a lot better x
