Not far from old square, clean, good breakfast

Our usual hotel is undergoing refurbishment so they recommended this one- place is overpriced for what it is…just a budget hotel, further away from centre…should be much cheaper and definitely not 4 stars…just one pillow on the bed as well…

The location, it's in a really nice neighborhood and accessible by feet to the old town. Also the facilites and the building looks new! Breakfast was also nice with many options.

Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were stains on our bedsheets and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Being with a 4 month baby this was rather distressing. To be fair they addressed the issuess relatively fast though. We also had requested that our twin beds to be connected as one, but they forgot about it.

The hotel is in a walking distance to all major attractions. It is nice and cosy. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms and shower cabins too. Breakfast is nice, with good variety of food and beverages. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. Beautiful church right by the hotel.

It was my second stay at this hotel. Just little things- I wish the mattress and pillows were better quality. Also, any kind of potatoes for breakfast would have been appreciated 😀

Clean and tidy room. Very good internet connection. Complementary bottled water was available. Parking was available at the hotel facility.

Breakfast was not so good with lmited options on the buffet.

It is clean and the location is great.

The rooms are very loud, we could here every movement on the floor, there is almost 0 soundproofing. One room was located on the street side and one wall was on the wall where the elevator was going, it was very noisy. Also there was an issue with the invoice, we have been charged double fee for our dog, when I realized it, mentioned it to the staff and we got a refund. I am happy i checked the invoice before leaving.

Great coffee for a delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, and a pleasant shower. The location is absolutely perfect, with the attractions of Kazimierz just a few minutes' walk away. And there's underground parking.

The only downside was the strange behavior of the staff at the counter. A few words too many from the staff member and the stay started worse than it could have.

Hotel is centrally located in Krakow from Krakow train station it is approximately 15 minute drive to the Hotel and approximately 20 minutes walk into the Old Town. Golden Tulip Hotel is located on a street where there are shops, bars and many coffee shops so it is easy to find somewhere to eat and go for drinks. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, great choice for everyone and very fresh. The receptionists were very kind and friendly and helped us with any tourist information we needed. We ate dinner in the restaurant beside the hotel and food was excellent. We enjoyed our short stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast variety . very clean room , location , still enjoying the carlift. Compared with my previous visit these levels increased.

empty minibar , tap water :) only , paper glass in the bathroom ,, seriously ? I am eco but c'mon , it is a 4 stars hotel in the center of the city life. Compared with my previous visit , this level dropped.

Breakfast was superb, lots of variety and staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Location was good, approx 15 min easy stroll from main visitor areas (castle, square etc). Would definitely return/recommend.

Hotel bar closes early, not really an issue, just make yourself aware of closing times. Hotel could do with installing a grab rail in the shower for safety of older guests.

Nice location - Christmas market with mulled wine was just around the corner. Beautiful area to wander around or take a tram to old town, like 4 stops. Fine breakfast - various choice for any taste including cakes and bubbly. There was also available a table ware for kids and highchairs. My toddler enjoyed the playroom for few hours. And the hotel has own playground too. Friendly staff, room cleaning was made every day.

There was something inside the main light in our room, needs to be checked. I would appreciate to have slippers and robe provided.
