My recent stay at the CDR hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. For a city break in Krakow, its location alone makes it a top choice. It’s perfectly situated, allowing us to walk everywhere. We were just a 10-15 minute walk from the Main Square and right next to Kazimierz, which is packed with great restaurants and bars. The rooms were "crispy clean" - is the perfect way to describe them. Everything from the floors to the bathroom was spotless, making it feel super fresh and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The 24/7 desk was a huge convenience. The staff were more than just polite; they were genuinely and very friendly, going out of their way to assist us. They gave us some local restaurant recommendations and helped us with directions, which made navigating the city a bit easier. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Krakow and look forward to staying there again!

I was traveling alone and didn't want to stay in a hostel so this was the perfect option for me to have a private room without paying too much for it, the price is unbeatable! It even has basic amenities and the location was great to have everything (restaurants, stores, sights) close by, I was basically able to walk everywhere by foot once I arrived.

I wasn't sure if it was really a hotel at first, there seemed to be offices right outside my room where people were working in the morning and making noise, the walls were pretty thin and also I was able to hear the person staying in the next room. Also the window blinds were pretty useless. Nothing that a sleeping mask and earplugs couldn't fix though, so I would probably still stay again!

The hostel is in a great location, just a short walk from the tram stop, the Kraków sign, the bridge, and the castle. Our private room was very spacious and clean, with high ceilings that gave it an airy feel. I also liked the character of the staircases, which added charm to the place. With reception staffed 24/7 and visible security cameras, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The option to store our luggage after check-out was a really helpful bonus. For one night, the price of the private room was very affordable, making it excellent value for money.

There are no lifts, which wasn’t an issue for us since we only had carry-on bags. But if you’re travelling with larger luggage, carrying them up two flights of stairs could be a real workout. 1 slight issue, there were stains on the bedsheets. I'm not sure if it wasn't washed properly or just a stain.

The location is on a historic spot of Krákow, near cozy coffee shops, bistros and street food area. Besides that it’s located at a historical neighbourhood, the Jewish Ghetto. The hotel is also located in a walking distance from the most important attractions of the city (10 min walking from the mais square) It’s a charming and historical building. Staff very helpful and friendly, mainly Hubert from the reception of the hotel. Thanks for all, guys. I was very happy there.

About a 20 minute walk from Old Town, lovely surroundings of cafes and shops. Room was basic but very comfortable and had everything I needed, had a gorgeous view from my room and the windows opened fully so I could sit and look outside in the evenings. Reception staff were really lovely, communicated with translate and had absolutely no issues with them. Great value for money.

Fabulous apartment in an amazing location. One of the best places i have stayed. the apartment was so well equipped - coffee, tea etc and was very spacious. all was very clean and comfortable. location was ideal for exploring the beautiful city. Breakfast was lovely in a local cafe - also visited there for coffee one afternoon Host Milosz was most helpful and so quick to respond to any query I had. The hotel is well situated in Kazimerz and walking distance from the Old Town approximately 10/15 minutes. The staff were pleasant and the room was a great size. Nobody was in the adjacent room so I had private use of the 'shared' bathroom which was utterly spotless. Nice big windows that fully open for a breeze as it was especially warm.

No hairdryer is provided in the bathroom which is a little inconvenient as I had not brought my own. Perhaps it is possible to borrow one from Reception however I did not ask. There is no mirror in the room.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Jewish Quarter, which is close to the city center and close to all entertainment venues. On the other hand, it is on a side street, so the noise does not disturb sleep at night. Everything is very clean and tidy. Very nice staff and try to help with everything. I would love to come back again!

The hotel does not have an elevator and air conditioning. On warm days it can be very hot in the room. An open window at night helped a little to lower the temperature in the room.

Room after renovation was very good. Quiet room, new equipment, including mini-refrigerator, good shower cabin, kettle with tea/instant coffee. Ideal value for money. Three minutes from tram stop "Stradom".

Building with beautiful monumental staircase, but without elevator. We were going early in the morning along Krakowska Street - there, near the Green Hostel, homeless people spend the night. Best way to go along Augustianska street, it's safety there even late at night.

It is good for its money. It has everything needed. Location is great. It is quiet there. No noises from outside. Only when your neighbor slams the door :)

The room was very cold. I turned on the heating to the max but even next day the room was still very cold. The radiator, although was set to maximum, was barely warm. I was sleeping in my clothes on and with two blankets. Maybe I could have asked for an additional electric heater from the reception.
