The hotel is in a quiet, tranquil street at a very convenient location in the Jewish Quarter. Within short walking distance to all key sightseeing spots in the Quarter, the Wawel Castle and the scenic and lively embankment of The Vistula River. But it’s about a 20 minute-walk to the Old Town’s main square while just a 2-minute walk from hotel to bus/tram stops. You can also consider to ride on Bolt if necessary as it is cheap and reliable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, who changed my room immediately after check-in to another room with working air conditioning. A spacious double room with a good view (room 604) on the 6th floor though no lift from the 5th floor, which is fine with me. Be reminded to check the room size during your booking against the actual size of the room you are offered on spot.

It’s an old hotel needs updating but it is ok as long as it is clean and spacious. WiFi is poor in room. No refrigerator and no kettle. For some days I got worn and frayed towels, to which they should definitely pay attention.

The location is perfect to visit Kraków. The hotel is in a quiet street, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was okay. The breakfast was good enough; not luxury, but just right.

The shower was terrible. I couldn't put the soap and shampoo anywhere, only on the floor. The shower head didn't stay in the holder; I had to hold it all the time; therefore, I washed myself with one hand only. I felt like a one-handed person, who is fighting with the shower.

Nice place in the city center. The price was one of the best in a row. Breakfast OK, the utilities were good and in acceptable condition. People were friendly and helpful. For a short stay of 3-4 days it's good.

The bed could be bigger to be honest. It's just one thing that could be ehnaced. But it's not critical. Another thing - the air conditioning system could be renewed. But despite being old it did its job. Everything else was OK.

Stayed here for a few nights with friends, to explore Kraków and the nearby attractions. The staff is awesome and they speak English very well. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, there are ACs in every room.

In the 2 rooms we booked the ACs were quite old and make a lot of noise even when turned off. Luckily we managed to swap rooms to have a bit more modern AC.

The location of this hotel was excellent for our needs, sightseeing and experiencing the culture. The room was clean and well maintained. Parking was available. The office staff were pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was superb, a great range of breakfast foods to suit everyone. There were small cafes and restaurants close by and a hairdresser and shops to meet your needs as well. Wawel Castle, the Old Town and the popular modern department store Galleria was close by too.

Friendly reception, spoke English as needed, great position for the Old Town and Jewish Quarter, everything you needed close by. Small bar area off reception free tea and coffee, lovely breakfast with different choices, Elevator if needed. The room was magic with angled window bay overlooking the grounds of a Nunnery, so quiet. Designed in an Art Deco style, what you might expect in Krakow.

No tea and coffee facilities in room for early morning cuppa. During our stay there were a large group of young students, a bit noisy at times, hey ho, we were young once, small but comfortable dinning area so work your timings out, but you can always use the bar area to eat in.

Hotel Secesja is a great three-star hotel. It is located centrally but away from the noisy parts of Kazimierz. The staff was very accommodating and chatty, always smiling and ready to help with any issues. We decided to stay an extra night and a member of the staff was very kind to help us keep the same room even though the hotel was pretty much full. We also had a dog with us and everyone was super nice about it. We felt very good there and will definitely come back next time we are in Krakow.

excellent location of the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. Special thanks to the receptionist Aneta, we arrived late due to traffic problems, she met us from a taxi, took care of dinner, everything was friendly and kind. I recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again

Bit of noise from room above and hallway. Didn't cause too much of a problem as we were tired but maybe the top floor would be gpbest for.quiet.
