The hotel was beautiful and especially for Christmas decorations. They did it lovely. Excellent location right by the river and in the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Only 4 minutes by taxi to Oscar Schindler’s Factory. It was easy to get around especially by trams if you were tired of walking. The Jewish quarter was very very interesting to stay in because of the history of the war. The pool area was beautiful and you had an amazing view of the river. The rooms were lovely and modern. Beds were so comfortable but the best thing about this hotel was the food in the restaurant. O wow it was exceptional. Just like being on a 5 star celebrity cruise. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to my family and friends.

Only thing was you needed more than one pillow which I had immediately when I rang down to reception to ask for 2 more.

Superb breakfast

We were charged 70 zl/night for a child´s crib which was filthy, overused, halfway broken. Our complaint about this on arrival and departure was only heard, without any effect. Next time we will have to use a different hotel, where child cribs are part of the equipment and definitely not in such horrible conditions. Not worth it 70zl per night at all.

We enjoyed having the swimming pool/sauna etc. available after a long day walking. The lady on Reception in the spa was very welcoming and friendly. It was well located with easy tram and train access. Breakfast choice was good, but the restaurant staff were not friendly as some of the other people we met.

Bedroom was quite small and there were no drawers to put personal items etc. in. The carpet was stained in places. Lots of building/repair work taking place which spoiled the look/feel of the hotel. The 'Qbost' only ran on very limited days which meant we couldn't experience it.

My stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent. Kudos to the staff who were very friendly at every interaction. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the river, the city, and the train station, which has access to the airport. The free Wi-Fi service was also good. I had room service a couple of nights; my order always arrived promptly, and the food was good.

The breakfast had many options and good-quality products, but I found it too pricey. The hotel could also upgrade the mattresses, as they were not very comfortable. They are okay for a one-night stay, but if you stay a bit longer, sleep quality is affected.

I did not had the opportunity to use the pool. But my room was at the 7th floor and I had a great view of the river. Air condition was struggling to keep the room cooler though. So, the hotel staff sent a tech up and later provided a fan, which worked out just fine. The outside breeze kept all under control too. Continental breakfast was great.

To be honest, I do not have complains to share.

The Hotel itself was really great, the pool was awesome to use despite being small, the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room also all great. The gym was okay, small but had enough stuff for me. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and super friendly. I liked the location and proximity to Kazimierz which is an awesome part of Krakow.

The only negative points were in our actual room, there was an annoying static noise coming from somewhere maybe a speaker.. and the door was super loud/hard to close. Only minor things that did not have an impact on our stay

The rooms were nice and spacious, bathrooms clean and tidy, great facilities such as hair drier, iron and ironing board, a fridge and safe if needed. Also a kettle with Tea and coffee available in the bedroom. The windows were great and the decor was lovely, smart TV available with tv channels, apps and the option to play music from your phone. The staff were helpful and polite always and the restaurant was really good with plenty of variety of foods. The spa had great facilities, including the jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, as well as a gym, all included in the price. The hotel was close to many attractions within no more than a 30 minute walk. Schindler's factory and the Jewish quarter were just behind the hotel as well, a beautiful bridge and historical buildings around. The hotel overall was beautiful and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow.

The bedding and towels were not changed after the first night, although folded in a neat pile so not a big deal as we were only there for a long weekend. Just a suggestion but maybe an extra pillow or the option for an extra pillow on the beds would have been a bonus. Also more information on the local attractions.

The view from the spa centre was just amazing. You can sit in the jacuzzi and enjoy the city from above. Also the breakfast was excellent, there was everything you could possibly want. And if you want to have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant i would definitely recommend it.

There is a speaker in the wall, that the staff told me was for fire alarm purposes, but it is making a static noise, like a mosquito or something. They told me that it cannot be turned off. It didn’t bother me that much, but it could be a bit annoying when trying to fall asleep.

The room was clean and adequately sized for 1-2 people, though it felt a bit small. However, the amenities for the shower were very limited—only shampoo was provided. Essential items like a shower cap, toothpaste, and slippers were not available. As for the pool, it was a bit dirty and not very deep, with a depth of only 1.2 meters. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.

I’ve stayed in Hiltons all over, Qubus Hotel is far superior in every way, and half the price of an Hilton. Rooms are great, facilities are amazing, Breakfast choice was best i’ve ever had! Location was superb at the side of the Vistula, and has its own boat/dock for river cruises. Tram service just round the corner and only takes a few minutes to the main square, shopping mall and restaurants etc.. Very cheap and easy way to travel. Ubers very cheap here, don’t use Airport Taxis, cost 3 times more! Everything was superb and staff were great :) x
