The hotel was very nice. We had a misunderstanding about our room on arrival but Michel who was at the reception desk sorted it out straight away. We arrived late in the evening as flight was delayed that was no problem. We could not get tv to work the next day and Michel was at hand to sort that also. He was so lovely. Our location was a bit out for to be in the centre such as the main square but we used the app Bolt a very good and cheap way of getting to places instead of getting taxi's. We got breakfast only one morning as we were leaving early to go on day trips but it was very nice and great value with a variety of options. All and all a very good place to stay. If i go back i would stay there again.

They were able to accommodate a very last-minute weekend booking due to a sudden problem with my long-term accommodation, and were also able to extend the stay by one night at my request. Two of the reception staff members I interacted with were great, very polite. The third seemed a bit disinterested but wasn't overtly rude. I stayed in two different rooms. Both were cleaned very, very well - I've never seen hotel bathrooms looking that nice. The first room had a carpet that had definitely seen better days (it had clearly been vacuumed but was quite stained and needed replacing - but they said this room would be renovated soon so I bet that'll help). Front desk provided slippers upon request so I just wore them in the room and it wasn't a problem. The second room had a newer carpet and was in good shape; it also had a glass bottle of water which was a nice touch. Also appreciated the air conditioning, it was easy to adjust and even though it was quite hot outside the room stayed cool. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Quiet location, but easy to reach, stores and restaurants close by. The room was spacious, quiet, modern, well equipped, it even had a kettle and tea/coffee. Hairdryer didn't work properly, but they got us another one in a few minutes. Staff very kind and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast, but the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Windows only facing the inner yard, the glass door, unreliable wifi, only 1 chair, not enough closet space, no space in shower for toiletries. Some of these could be improved, but didn't affect my overall rating.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and quiet. The room was spacious and clean and there are tea and coffee items in the room. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The onsite restaurant was really nice and the service was really friendly. Breakfast was good and the evening meals are really great. Thank to all the staff for making our holiday one to remember. We will defiantly book again when we return for a 2nd visit.

I could not find fault at all.

The room was amazing and spotless. Excellent choice of food for breakfast, lovely evening meal. Beautiful bathroom. Water, tea and coffee provided. Staff very friendly.

However, during my stay in hotel one of the male staff came in to my room without even knocking. I was frustrated and shocked. The staff knew that I’m in the room because he checked that room earlier when I arrived. I was traveling for a long time and wanted to have a rest. The receptionist told me that they will sort out this situation but they hadn’t heard anything about it.

The room and the hotel are in excellent condition and in excellent location. The food was great too.

However, the air conditioner was not working properly. I couldn't change or set up the temperature in the room, only the hotel staff was able to do it remotely. Also, the TV didn't work. In addition, it would be great to have at least one bottle of the fresh water in the room.

The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the restaurant offers a diverse selection of food and beverages. The location is semi-central, but there are excellent tram connections to most of the city's attractions.

A downside is that some rooms have glass entrance doors, and despite the thick curtains, some light from the hallway still seeps into the room. Also there is no other window, only the glass door

Very classy establishment, great food, and drink selections. Amazing staff, very friendly, very helpful and informative, superb English language skills. Very comfortable beds, and well equipped bathrooms, will definitely stay here again, and will recommend to everybody.

Everything was great. If I had to be picky, I would say that we were woken occasionally by a barking dog. I'm not sure if it was a neighbouring building or in the room of another resident.

Breakfast was great no faults there. Everything was seamless. Staff were helpful and polite.

The pillows are way too big and uncomfortable should have another option in the wardrobe for a smaller pillow for side sleepers. The rooms were not really sound proofed well. Perhaps a curfew for music to prevent other guests causing a nuisance.

Location was in a nice quiet area but not too far from shops, restaurants and transport. You could also walk into the main part of the city if you wanted to. Staff were lovely, especially Michael and Karina, who were especially helpful. The hotel organised our airport pickup and drop off and our trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Food was decent and the drinks were good.

Would have been good if they did bed & breakfast rates, rather than room rates and breakfast separately.
