I highly recommend it, we had a nice room with a kitchenette as well. Amenities ok, the only small minus I would give that through the front door could hear voices from the hallway but also the elevator (we had a room near the elevator). The breakfast was excellent with a great choice, I won't break it down but there was really a lot, over the 3 days I always had something different to eat. We also used the restaurant for dinner, equally excellent food, I would recommend the pasta with seafood. The sauna was fine, not too crowded, staff nice. But despite the ubiquitous signs like no swimsuits allowed, there were still people in swimsuits. We were given bathrobes and towels, here I would recommend if the staff still reminded people that it is forbidden to enter with swimsuits. (For those reading this who think swimsuits are ok, it's really disgusting what a pool of sweat is left behind you on the wooden seats). We will definitely stay here again in the future :)

There were no fundamental flaws. Everything is about people and their behaviour :)

Clean, central, polite, with a great breakfast! New and large rooms (mini-apartments), central location in the Jewish region close to the river and numerous museums. The staff on the reception is awesome and very helpful. The breakfast is very-very good, fresh, and tasty with lots of Polish and "international" food.

The only thing that dissapointed me was cleaning -- it really depended on a cleaner, and sometimes they forgot to replenish a toilet paper, did not clean properly, did not replenish tea, etc. Small things, yet slightly sad. Otherwise, it is an awesome hotel!

Very helpful staff. Very nice breakfasts. A very comfortable accomodation. A lovely spa. A lovely box of sweeties was given as a present. We liked a balcony, a design of the accommodation.. A restaurant was very good.. We enjoyed our stay a lot

It's a self-catering accommodation and and we could do with a few more pans, plates, glasses, a corkscrew, etc.. We could do with two more stools/ chairs and a bath mat (it was not replaced).

Room was really comfy and clean. It was on the 4th floor, but still really clean and cozy. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room service cleaning every day. Bathroom is very spacious, clean and minimalistic. Very modern vibes. 24/7 reception even though it's considered to be apart hotel. Really liked all the details like made from wood room cards. AC and iron is available which actually turned out to be really useful.

The only thing I'd suggest improving is the Internet. Not sure whether it's 4th floor or just standart, but it was like 10 MBs. It was fine and more than enough to watch a movie so it's just a suggestion.

Staff was super nice and even if check in was at 3pm they allowed to keep our luggage in a store room for free since 11am. All receptionists and the masseuse were very young but a lot polite and professional. Good hotel, quite a big structure. Gym is not considerable as such, there are few items in a room shared with the spa reception. Spa consists in a Sauna, steam room and room for massage (to be paid separately, in case) We had a superior bedroom. Well, it was pretty good but nothing "superior". Is considered an aparthotel but in our room we had no stove or anything, just a boiler and a minifridge. Bed was comfy, bathroom was good. Everything was very clean, to be fair. Position is not bad, outside the old town but in the centre of the old Jewish ghetto. Not a bad area at all, right in front of the hotel there is a tram stop and an underground train that leads directly to airport in about 20 minutes. Close to the entrance you have a minimarket, some beauty parlors and a small bar right turning the corner. The restaurant at ground floor is part of the hotel, though. We didn't try it, but it seemed quite nice. We had our breakfast included, quite large variety of sweet and savory, but don't expect outstanding quality. Overall a good experience, not sure if the price paid reflects the worth of the structure, in Krakow there are many options.

No smart TVs, and especially, no international channels, I dont want to watch just polish TV if I spend some time in my room. Shower head is too small, showers are big. Adapting a nice big head shower would be ideal.

This is a very modern, brand-new, and clean apart-hotel. I loved everything! The breakfasts are among the best and tastiest I’ve ever had (where else can you find guacamole at a buffet?). The room was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping was regular — they vacuumed every time and changed the towels. What I appreciated the most was the underground parking. It was convenient, spacious, and safe. There’s also a cozy inner courtyard, and my balcony was facing it. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. I needed to print a document, and they assisted me in less than a minute. Upon check-out, they even gave me a sweet little gift — such a lovely gesture!

Calm neighbourhood a walk or few tram stops away from the old town. Very spacious light and airy room, modern interior. Not expensive safe underground parking. Decent breakfast. Available mini gym and Finnish sauna with no extra charge.

The bed and bedding was uncomfortable unfortunately. The mattress was too thin and hard for our liking and bedding felt cheap. Availability of the SPA is great, and Finnish sauna was decent, but otherwise SPA area needs a renewal. Steam room didn’t have enough steam and showers had a funky smell.

We had a wonderful stay at Lwowska 1. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, few minutes walk to the old town, Vistula river and Galleria Kazimierz shoppingcentre. Breakfast was good and offered variety of options. We especially appreciated the attention to detail by housekeeping. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was spacious and thoughtfully and tastefully designed. The location was great - a short stroll to the Vistula River and all local attractions! The staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast had an amazing selection with really tasty options. There is paid parking available, which was great for us as it's usually difficult to secure parking in the city centre, so that's a bonus for those who drive. But also for those who don't - there is a tram / bus stop just outside the hotel. Also there is a convenience store open late nearby and plenty of coffee shops / restaurants in the area. The room was very comfortable, the staff was super friendly - would definitely recommend!

Great location in between two tram stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quiet, cozy and well equipped. There is a really nice sauna and steam room in the wellness area. I did not visit the hotel restaurant, but it looked fancy and you have a 10 % discount there as a hotel quest.

Breakfast is good and you won't leave hungry, but do not expect nothing really fancy. Sauna can get really crowded at peak hours, so be ready for that and come maybe earlier throughout the day. Gym area is really small and not equipped at all. There are no bath robes in the room, you will get them only if you ask for it in the wellness area reception.
