I highly recommend it, we had a nice room with a kitchenette as well. Amenities ok, the only small minus I would give that through the front door could hear voices from the hallway but also the elevator (we had a room near the elevator). The breakfast was excellent with a great choice, I won't break it down but there was really a lot, over the 3 days I always had something different to eat. We also used the restaurant for dinner, equally excellent food, I would recommend the pasta with seafood. The sauna was fine, not too crowded, staff nice. But despite the ubiquitous signs like no swimsuits allowed, there were still people in swimsuits. We were given bathrobes and towels, here I would recommend if the staff still reminded people that it is forbidden to enter with swimsuits. (For those reading this who think swimsuits are ok, it's really disgusting what a pool of sweat is left behind you on the wooden seats). We will definitely stay here again in the future :)

It's a self-catering accommodation and and we could do with a few more pans, plates, glasses, a corkscrew, etc.. We could do with two more stools/ chairs and a bath mat (it was not replaced).

This is a very modern, brand-new, and clean apart-hotel. I loved everything! The breakfasts are among the best and tastiest I’ve ever had (where else can you find guacamole at a buffet?). The room was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping was regular — they vacuumed every time and changed the towels. What I appreciated the most was the underground parking. It was convenient, spacious, and safe. There’s also a cozy inner courtyard, and my balcony was facing it. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. I needed to print a document, and they assisted me in less than a minute. Upon check-out, they even gave me a sweet little gift — such a lovely gesture!

The room was spacious and thoughtfully and tastefully designed. The location was great - a short stroll to the Vistula River and all local attractions! The staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast had an amazing selection with really tasty options. There is paid parking available, which was great for us as it's usually difficult to secure parking in the city centre, so that's a bonus for those who drive. But also for those who don't - there is a tram / bus stop just outside the hotel. Also there is a convenience store open late nearby and plenty of coffee shops / restaurants in the area. The room was very comfortable, the staff was super friendly - would definitely recommend!

Great location in between two tram stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quiet, cozy and well equipped. There is a really nice sauna and steam room in the wellness area. I did not visit the hotel restaurant, but it looked fancy and you have a 10 % discount there as a hotel quest.

Breakfast is good and you won't leave hungry, but do not expect nothing really fancy. Sauna can get really crowded at peak hours, so be ready for that and come maybe earlier throughout the day. Gym area is really small and not equipped at all. There are no bath robes in the room, you will get them only if you ask for it in the wellness area reception.

It is one of the best family hotel in Europe . For those who like to walk, it's a great place to discover the city without transport services. Very welcoming atmosphere. A special mention must go to the breakfast - thanks to the team who create it and to the service team. Everyone can find a solution to suit their tastes, and a variety of breakfasts can be created for longer stays. And the staff is probably one of the friendliest and most helpful I've seen in years.

For the improvement I would have few suggestions- nespresso coffee machine would make more than one person happy, a TV with at least few English German channels would be great and welcoming more comfortable pillows for longer stays.

The rooms are very nice and very clean (very good housekeeping!) The breakfast is really great! Breads, bagels, eggs, lots of salads, vegetables, fruits, meat and more. Don't hesitate - take it. Location is pretty good, you have the public transportation (lines 3 and 24 I think) just under the hotel - so it 10 minutes you can be in the old city or one of the malls. The Kazimierz district is in walking distance (~10 minutes)

One tip: there are rooms opposing the main street (Na Zjezdzie) - it can be very noisy, especially on the lower floors, as the public transportation is going there since 5am or so... try to book a room on the other side of the building (facing Lwowska street) or higher floors.

Well located near to downtown, clean, quite with amazing breakfast.

On the booking is mentioned that parking is available, but in reality it wasn’t. Before we arrived we had asked if parking is available, they said yes but it was not. As idiot I was trying to find a parking spot for 1h when I found one on the street, we went check in. I politely asked why they claim that parking is available, if not. A guy (Thomas) on the reception said something like it is not his problem and was rude, I was surprised and did not expect this person working with people on reception. But we had luck and outside when we went to pick up luggage, we met a girl who also work on the reception. We asked her about parking issue, she apologized and was so polite and kind and explained everything.

I enjoyed every bit of my four day stay and I would come back, if I'm in Krakow again. Great location, spacious comfortable room, superb breakfast, good value. The spa zone is excellent, Kamil performs good classical massage.

On the eve of checking out, I asked the receptionist bub whether anyone could check me out at 4am. They assured me "they will be waiting for me". To my own fault I didn't hear the alarm clock and when I woke up an hour before the flight I wished the receptionist would ring me at 4am. I wished I asked for the call and the taxi explicitly, but it would have been kind of the receptionists to be a bit more proactive.

Nice walk in shower in wet room style bathroom. Ideally located for train and tram. Stayed here twice on visit to Poland, tried buffet breakfast once but found that the breakfast served in the restaurant was much nicer in a more intimate and pleasant environment and also cheaper. The buffet breakfast is actually cooked in the restaurant and then taken through to the buffet serving area. Also had some nice meals in the restaurant.

Air con didn't seem to work properly, went to the reception desk and the receptionist switched it on and set the temperature, the control in the room didn't seem to work.
