A great experience. Sleeping on a boat in the river is real fun. Lovely views across the river from the rooms on riverside; ducks, swans and commorants outside my window when I was there. Note, half the rooms are on the land side and don't get those views. The rooms are mainly 4 bunk beds so as a single person you get the whole room. I am 182cm and I found the bunk comfortable. There is no breakfast, at least, not in February, but there is coffee etc and a local convenience store to get food. You are sleeping in a cabin in a boat so everything is small even tiny. So, think about that if you are a large person, have mobility issues or have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, get on board me hearties!

Loved the river view from my window 😍 Also from the beautiful upper deck where they serve drinks. And from the lovely glass enclosed dining room with a shared fridge, microwave & kettle. I very much enjoyed my stay & would happily return.
1 tiny sad little pillow 😢 Need better directions given ahead of time to give a taxi driver as the driver did not know where to go as the address is a pedestrian St. with no parking. A little hard getting down to the boat & even harder getting back up to the Road with luggage. . Also more information regarding public transport would be helpful.

Peaceful on the river, super view of castle and monastery, few stops to trams to old city (or walkable) and bus to airport. Lovely chill out lounge area and rooftop bar. Recommend the Japanese Art Gallery and cafe very close by. Window view of swans on river and boats. Room (bunk beds but private) was comfortable and modern bathroom with shower. Staff all kind and helpful. Recommend Guru walking tours of the old city.

Peaceful location slightly remote from the bustle of the city but also well placed for sightseeing on foot. Excellent choice of food and drink all day at the local breakfast venue. Staff all helpful and welcoming. There were no problems with damp early season (end of April) in our double room - easy to keep dry and dehumidifiers are kept in the rooms, if needed.
The bed - I was completely fine and would have scored 9 overall but my partner had a sore neck as the mattress dipped at one end. We turned it around and it was better for her.

The location is great, so close to the center and the castle. The staff was very nice, efficient, there were no issues at chek in or out. The room was quite spacious, so was the bathroom. You could have a coffe or tea in the dining area, you also had a microwave which was a really nice bonus. The room was clean, well maintained. We enjoyed every minute spent at the propery. Very great value for money, and nothing can beat the experience of living on a boat, on a river. You could feel it move from time to time, which made the whole experience wy more fun!

Well, that was a different experience. In a good way! First of all, what's better than waking up every day nearby a river with gorgeous views to a promenade, a bridge and a historical castle. It doesn't beat your typical city scape view from your average hotel, does it? :) Seriously, I loved the area and I liked spending time exploring it. It is true that you are a bit isolated from "the places", but it doesn't take too much to reach the historical center by walk. There is a small shop nearby, so you can get provisions for a pleasant stay. The area is well connected with many bus lines, so moving around with the public transport is very convenient. Despite not having a parking, calling a taxi to the airport is not an issue, you just need to cross the promenade and move up the the main road. I stayed in a room with bunk beds, which was clean enough and warm. I visited the place during low season, so the hostel was almost empty, so not really the best place to socialize with fellow travelers, but on the bright-side the place was very quite and I was able to get a good sleep. Also the price was more than reasonable, since I managed to get a good discount. The staff was very welcoming and friendly - they explained to me everything with great details and made me feel comfortable and secure.
The bunk beds are indeed small as mentioned in the other reviews - even for a person with average height. I would love to see, if they fix that, since I actually bumped my head into the bed, when turning around while sleeping - unpleasant experience indeed.

I've stayed here for about five times, and it's my favorite place to stay in Kraków. The staff is professional and welcoming even at late hours. The room has everything you need, plus extra blankets. The location is perfect, the Wawel Castle is within 5 minutes walking distance, and you can easily get to the railway station by tram, avoiding traffic jams. Best value for the money, will visit again!

It is not my first stay in this hotel. In fact, since the first time I came here, whenever I plan my trip to Kraków I check the availability of the boat hotel first. The hotel is located in a nice area and it is easy to get there. There are also plenty of buses and trams one can take to commute wherever they need. Personally, I enjoy the river view rooms, because it is more quiet on the river side of the boat - plus you get a neat view towards Wawel castle. The wi-fi works well, the rooms are clean.

I recently stayed at this hostel and had a generally positive experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. However, the bed pillows were not very comfy Additionally, there were a few appliances that were not available in the room as described, such as the iron and hairdryer. It was a bit inconvenient to have to ask for these items, but the staff promptly provided them upon request.

We stayed for 2 nights: the beds and pillows are super comfy, the girl at the reception very friendly and welcoming, the location, the view at the Krakow eye, the price, everything was amazing. Will definitely come again!
It was really hot in the room for 3 person, the air conditioner only helped when was switched on (but extremely loud), but hey, it’s mid summer, can’t complain about the weather. The wifi wasn’t working, used our 5G.
