We stayed at Art Suit Hotel for two nights and had a great experience overall. The room was truly amazing – very clean, stylish, and equipped with modern technology. The interior design was impressive, giving the space a luxurious and contemporary feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and although the room was quite cold, it added to the coziness in a way we enjoyed. The hotel wasn’t busy during our stay, which made it peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and they kindly allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was okay but could use some improvement – the variety was limited and might not cater to everyone’s preferences. Parking was easy to find on the street nearby, though it’s paid. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Overall, I liked everything. The room was clean, cozy, modern, good ambient, with plenty of extras, great 55'' TV, hotter then expected (in December), automatic presence lights, automatic curtains, good dryer, good shower. The breakfast was great with a good time range. The location was also good with tram/bus quite close, easy to get to the old city and also to the airport (don't waste money - just pickup the bus 300 and buy ticket inside with credit card for 4 zlotys / ~1€)

There is nothing to dislike, maybe some little improvements, for example, since the room is quite modern there are some small lights always on (phone, air conditioning, room status) that can be skipped during sleep.

Spending almost 6 weeks in total this year at Art Suites Luxury Hotel I can honestly say it was an incredible experience. The hotel's elegant design and attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. A huge thank you to Lukaz, Oliwia and the entire reception team - their warmth, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. Whether it was handling requests with ease, offering great local recommendations (Tiramisu at the hotel restaurant), or simply greeting me with a friendly smile every day, they made my stay exceptional. The level of service here is unmatched, and I appreciate how effortlessly they made a long stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined and welcoming experience!

Could have had a gym but apart from that - excellent.

Beautiful rooms, good amenities, exceptionally clean. Excellent location, only 15-20 mins walk to the old town, 10 mins to the river. We enjoyed quiet nights in the extremely comfortable bed. Modern decor and plenty of lighting and mirrors which hotels often lack.

No decaf coffee in the room was disappointing! Also would have been great to have a few refreshments/snacks in the fridge, even if chargeable. As others have mentioned too, there are numerous lights (air con, phone, room status) that are constantly on in the night, which was quite annoying. There are also approx 15 light switches to control the room which can be confusing when you want to simply turn on one light! I was also quite surprised that having mentioned it was my husband’s 40th birthday, there was no acknowledgement of this from the staff - unusual for a 4* hotel when we have visited many similar properties around the world for many occasions and are usually offered congratulations or even a complimentary drink/sweets/upgrade, but not even a word!

The staff were fantastic throughout our stay and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

To be honest there isn't a single fault to be found. I honestly don't believe they could have done anything better.

A pleasant surprise. Looks even better in person than in photos. Very modern, smart technology, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, great climate control, well insulated from noise, excellent shower pressure/temperature. Very helpful front desk staff. Went out their way to book us a last minute tour. Great location also: short walk to the ICE convention center and easy walk to bus stations to get to Old Town, Main Square, etc. The (included) breakfast at the hotel restaurant (a bracciate) was excellent.

No fault of their own, but our room was in the annex building just across the street, and though the neighborhood was very safe, I didn’t love having to go across the street to reception. This I am told will change with the completion of the Reno.

From the delicious scent that greets you the moment you walk on the door, this is by far one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and came out to greet us and helped us find parking right outside where our van load of aid for Ukraine would be safe. The room itself gave off luxury even royal vibes and everything you could even imagine was there at your disposal. Good was exquisite and the room was lovely and quiet with an excellent view of Warsaw

Hotel was great, very clean, beautiful decor, good size rooms. Breakfast was fab, good choice. Staff were excellent, very helpful with booking taxis & anything asked of them.

Tram noise, even though off the main road the tram noise was loud. Not the hotels fault. Only had one small square pillow for bed, requested extra, but never received it, said all rooms fully booked & no spare pillows! 🙁

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we stayed in the part above the restaurant and it was very tastefully decorated. Room wasn’t massive, but it sufficed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable, but we did have to ask for extra pillows.

Only criticism was that the rooms over that side are quite dark, the only bit that was a real issue was that there was no lighting by the wardrobe area, so it was extremely dark. Could do with a light in wardrobe.

This hotel is new & fresh very aesthetically beautiful. Within a nice walking distance from Jewish Quarter & Wawal castle. Staff were very pleasant and helpful our room was ready when we arrived a few hours before checking in time Really comfortable bed

Heating in the room was Very hard to get right Bedding is 2 single duvets really didn’t like that. Barking dogs & noise from tram line bothered me quite often so didn’t have a solid night sleep on majority Breakfast times weren’t early enough for us to eat in hotel as we’d early tours booked We didn’t use restaurant at all I didn’t look into details of the restaurant when booking so was disappointed to see it was an Italian restaurant In my opinion you don’t go to Poland to eat Italian
