Excellent buffet breakfast: wide range of choices, from traditional Polish food (salads, sweets) to English breakfast. I loved fresh homemade 100% fruit smoothies and the view from the restaurant terrace! Rooms looking at the river have nice view. Free water, coffee and tea in rooms every day. Great value for money for Krakow. Quiet location, outside the main tourist area, but still not far away (15-20 min. on foot), with tram stop just in front of the Hotel. A 24-hour reception with helpful staff!

Rooms on the top floor are more beautiful and seem recently renovated, while rooms (or some of them, at least mine) on the lower floors would benefit from a renovation (old furniture). The Hotel doesn´t have its own reception, but uses the reception of the Nebieski Art Hotel & Spa (literally next building with the same entrance from the street), which is not a problem, but it would be nice if the Blue Swan´s guest had free access to the Spa facilities.

I really appreciated an early check-in and the balcony with a beautify river view. Breakfast was absolutely tasty (several vegetarian options too). Food is served in the restaurant on a 3rd floor. As it was warm, I was eating outside in the balcony, so it was even more special. Room itself is outdated (design from late 90s or early 2000s), but it's kept well. I could surely hear conversations behind the walls and people in the corridor (so all as described in the feedback from others). I believe the hotel was not fully booked for both of the nights, so it was not that bad, but be ready you will hear more than you want :D Hotel offers also bike rental for extra money - highly recommended (although the deal comes with no insurance). In general, the hotel is not fancy, but it is well kept, comfy, offers amazing breakfast, is not that far from the old town and is surely worth the money ;)

Sound proof is not something the hotel can be proud of.

Location is okay, you can go for a 15 min walk and you are already in the city center, with views to Wisła and Wawel Castle on the way. Definitely, the breakfast was the best from the stay in my opinion: huge variety of food and drinks, also healthy non processed things, so, it was perfect.

Related to the rooms, I had bigger expectations. Room was kinda small, the cover of the bed was a bit broken in some sides... I don't know, when you see the hotel itself, you think is a great modern style hotel, but then the rooms were a bit meh.

The location is fantastic, view of Visla river, easy walk to the old town (but also the office where I had the work meeting) and easy to reach by car. Also garage. And great breakfast.

Very noisy guests on the same floor. The invoice says "Niebeski" so I might have to explain where I was staying (hotel star count is limited for business travel).

Nice location alongside the river Visla, close to Wavel castle and city centre, tram station is very close. Small room with TV, keetle and bathroom with amenities. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

There wasn't fridge in the room, nonpractical shelves in the bathroom. No rooms with double bed, mattress were soft and uncomfottable.

The breakfast was very good, we absolutely could go through the entire day, with that meal. The view from the rooms and from the restaurant is spectacular. It's for those who can walk a few kilometres, but for them it's located perfectly.

The toilet was leaking, so we had to close the pipes during the night. Also we could hear the arriving guests nextdoor every night.

Great location right on the Vistula bank. It was very nice to have walks on the river bank. If you like walking this is the place! We also liked that the place has a garage, however, it’s located underground and very steep. A decent breakfast for a price.

It was difficult to get in due to road being under construction (but it’s not the hotel’s fault)

Clean room with great views. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The 2 restaurants in the hotel are very good. The beds are very comfortable and soft. The only thing I found weird was that the Blue Swan and Niebieski hotel shared 1 reception.

The gym/fitness is very small, it feels like you're in a closet.

Everything exceeded my expectations! Staff were excellent! I felt really welcomed and supported! I loved the room with beautiful view from the balcony. Slept really well. Thank you for good experience!

There is no elevator. But the staff helped me with my heavy luggage!

it’s an unusual set up - two hotels using the same reception. The location is good, quiet facing the river - we had a lovely view from our room - yet there is a tram terminus outside with numbers 1 and 2 providing very frequent service into the city centre. Our room was OK and fine for a night or two. Breakfast was pretty good - nice to get bacon, scrambled eggs and beans for a change. Staff were extremely helpful, especially when I needed help with a couple of things.
