Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable, but if you need to sleep also on sofa bed - then these are not comfortable. There are also no problems to park our three cars in the public parking place (you need to pay for it, but it is free of charge during a night. So the price was quite reasonable). In 5 min walk from apartments there is excellent place for breakfast - Bottega Deli & Cafe - great Italian food and excellent coffee.

There is no air conditioning, thus windows are kept open during a night. That means that everyone is waked up at 6 a.m. because of big noise coming from the street.

Location is very good. 10 min away from the top center. We could reach out everything by walk. The apartments are with very well equipped kitchen and they are very spacious. It was warm and nice. Parking is on street, but it is a zone area and not easy to find a place. There is a secured underground parking in the Musiem close to the apartments location. 24h rate is 60 zloty.

No curtains and you need to stay always with the shades closed, because the building on the other side of the street is very close and everything is seen.

Very spacious and clean apartment in close proximity to the city center (about 15 min walk to Old Town). The location is quiet.

If you arrive by car, you unfortunately have to pay for parking in the local streets, so the price of your stay will increase a bit. The only negative, but a big one, are the beds. Instead of a large double bed, we had two single beds joined together. Which wouldn't have been such a problem, but the mattresses were extremely soft and the sleep was very uncomfortable. After 4 days of not being able to straighten my back, I was suffering. In addition, the sheet was short and after every moment it all collapsed and you were lying directly on the mattress.

Convenient location near public transportation. Dishwasher tablets were provided and you didn’t need to buy them from the reception.

The bathroom in the room we stayed was badly designed: the shower didn’t drain properly and the shower floor wasn’t separated from the rest of the floor. In the time it took to thoroughly wet my hair the entire bathroom floow would already be full of water. There was also some water damage in the cabinet and bottom of the door.

The apartment was wonderful, it has lovely high ceilings and is very spacious. Whilst we didn't do any cookings during our short weekend trip away, they do provide you with a range of useful utensils and the kitchen is clean and spacious to use. The location is great and not too far from the Old Town. If you don't enjoy/can't do much walking, it may not as ideal but you are close to bus stops. However, if enjoy a nice walk, it's a great journey into the town centre on a lovely sunny day! The staff were also very friendly and were available at reception should we have any questions or wanted to check in with them about something. The accommodation itself is very spacious with lots high ceilings and feels very clean and well looked after. If you are looking for nice accommodation that is a good price and not to reasonably distanced from the Central Square, I highly recommend Emaus Apartments! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Spacious apartments with plenty of facilities and warm (it was -22C overnight when we stayed). The bathroom and kitchen were both clean and all worked (except that it appeared that the induction hob didn’t work).

The pillows are awful - wrong shape and need replacing with something much more comfortable.

The place was very quiet and felt very safe in the neighborhood. About 15-20 mins on foot to the old town. For a family of 5 it was perfect. The apartment actually was on the 5th floor because it was in the attic, but it wasn't a problem for us. On the corner of the building (on the left) there was a breakfast and coffee place, small but very cosy (working from 8 a.m.)

Great location, in calm residental area. Local market nerbay, bakery, ice cream, delicatessen/grocery shops, caffe at corner. Bus stop nerby - Craovia - Line 300 express to/from airport. Fantastic park / tram stop Park Jordana 10 minutes from apartment.

There is capusle coffe maker (Tchibo Caffissimo), but no capsules available at the apartment.

Cute little place on the 4th floor. The area is conveniently located in walking distance to old town and castle. Parking in the neighborhood seems safe and costs 15€ a day. Supermarkets and a small farmers market are only a few hundred meters away. Would come back!

The apartment we got was kinda small for 4 people, but you can make it work!

The location was great, 20 minutes walking distance from the old town of Krakow. There were groceries close to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and convenient for 3 adults and 2 children. We could park our cars in the street in front of the apartment for a reasonable rate.

The performance of the Internet access was poor.
