Very clean, tidy, hygienic bedroom and toilet. Staff is efficient, polite, friendly, and hardworking. They speak good English. There's also a laundry service, which is very cheap and quick - just hand clothes at reception, fill in details of what to wash, pay, and by evening your clothes are washed. The inclusive breakfast is amazing, the scrambled eggs are creamy and delicious. Great selection of breads, hams, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, tea. The bedroom has loads of lamps with soothing ambient light, which I like when preparing for bed. The bedroom was very warm (in December /January), I never felt cold in the hotel. I personally would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, even if they weren't on a budget.

It's not close to the city centre for a tourist - 45 mins walk or 30 mins with the tram, but this explains why it's so affordable. Taxis are very cheap so there's ways around this. The pillows are square shaped and slightly uncomfortable. The heating in my toilet did not work, but that might be done deliberately by the hotel - I never asked if anything could be done about this, and anyways I didn't feel cold, I just wanted to dry a few things on the radiator, so it wasn't an issue.

Bright and very clean rooms with green views and fresh air through the windows, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, extremely kind and helpful stuff, very good location, nice children playing and sporting place on another side of small street.

A little bit old interior, sometimes need reparations, but everything is fixed quickly, forgivable for the value

Fabulous place to stay for me, my cousin lives in the same area so perfect for visiting. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful...thank you for your English! Breakfast was fantastic...great start to the day. Thank you, thank you for the late checkout....I badly needed the extra rest after early travelling....so grateful 🙏

No lift....& somehow I always get the top floor.

Very comfortable beds. Though there was a private parking lot (20zl for a day), found space to park the car for free, good breakfast, not so far from the centre, about 30-40 min to walk.

The water in the shower was kind a weak, also weird noise from the ventilation system when light on in the bathroom, the tv remote didn't work.

Wonderful small hotel slightly out from central Krakow but still only a £5 taxi ride from the main square. Exceptional staff, so friendly and helpful (but that's also true of all the local people we met during our time there) Must give a mention to Michal ( spelling?) , once in a while your holiday is made special by someone and this was the man for us👍🏻 Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with something for everyone. Great quality, we're already missing the scrambled egg. I'd emailed ahead to request a lower floor room as there's no lift and I was allocate a lovely ground floor room. So inexpensive , astounding value for money. We're already planning our next visit

In our room (3rd floor) were low ceiling. For husband was difficult to stand in the bathroom normaly.

Good breakfast, lovely staff, clean facilities. Bit of a walk/ride from city centre, can also rent a scooter/bike. There’s a beautiful national park within a 15 minute walk + a pool/lake. Definitely recommend!

Good location, It’s a bit of a walk to the city centre but it’s a pleasant walk. Quiet, clean & good value. Nice coffee & a pretty good breakfast.

The double bed is two singles together with no headboard.

The girl of the reception toke care of everything before to being in the room, even bringing a additional pillow, also the breakfast was top

Was all good maybe the localization is not in the center center but have good connections

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent service and delicious breakfast provided. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for my travel plans.
