Great Stay at a Lovely Apartment in Krakow I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment in Krakow, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. Firstly, the apartment itself is stunning. A lot of thought has been put into its design and decor, making it not only visually appealing but also very comfortable. The cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which I particularly appreciated. But what truly sets this place apart is its fantastic location. Nestled just a few steps from Krakow's historic center, the convenience it offers is unparalleled. You can practically explore most of the city on foot! Whether it’s strolling through the charming streets, visiting historical sites, or enjoying the local cuisine, everything is within easy reach. Moreover, for destinations a bit further away, the transportation options are easily accessible, adding to the convenience. For anyone planning a trip to Krakow and looking for an incredible place to stay, look no further. This apartment not only provides a comfortable and beautiful living space but also puts you right in the heart of this magnificent city. It’s an ideal base for tourism and experiencing all that Krakow has to offer. I couldn't recommend it more!

The only downside is the maintenance. Cleanliness is on a good level but some things needs to be repaired or replaced with new ones. Like the sofa, pillows & blankets - the beddings are ok but the p&b are used too much & dont Have shape and volume anymore.

The apartment is clean, modern and in a really great location. It's such an amazing apartment for a good price. The staff are really friendly and helpful and let us park in the apartment car park after check out as we had some time before our flight still. It comes kitted out with loads of facilities even a dishwasher and washing machine. Lots of space. Cooking facilities and plates, glasses etc. A lovely coffee machine. A lovely big shower room. A nice kitchen table, sofa and TV. The bed is also nice and comfy. It's also pretty cool that they are also a brewery for beer!

The place was perfect. The only two small things that would make it even better would be air conditioning as it did get quite hot with only a fan. And also would be good to get black out blinds as the blinds were very light and let a lot of light in. Other than that the place was fantastic and great value.

The apartment was in a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from the mall and seven minutes from the old town. It was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While the interior was simple and not particularly luxurious, it provided everything needed for a short and convenient visit. The host company was exceptionally kind, communicating with us in our language and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, as they genuinely cared about our comfort.

The only downside was that some walls and furniture were showing signs of wear and could use refurbishment. However, this did not cause any major inconvenience, as the apartment was still functional and well-maintained overall. With its excellent location and outstanding host service, it’s a great option for those who value convenience and warm hospitality.

We really liked the location, the fact that there is underground parking, a very cute café a few steps away, a few minutes walk from Galeria Krakowska (shopping center), and step outside you got the tram station right there. The apartment is spacious with the kitchen and bath fully equipped, and a lovely balcony. And they let us live the car in the garage after check-out which was very helpful.

However... there were some renovations going on in the building and no one mentioned this to us. There was no noise or anything, it was just weird going into the building and the floors being covered with tarp or whatnot. Also, although the whole complex seems brand new the apartment itself felt worn down a little. But, I'd still recommend staying here.

We loved the location of this property, it is very close to the main shopping centre and Railway/bus station as well as Old Town. If travelling by train from the airport you need to go through the main shopping centre and follow signs to Old Town (Stare Miasto) and it’ll take you to the exit on the first floor from there it’s 6minutes walk to the property. We loved that the apartment has pans and all the cutlery and dishes you need so we could make ourselves breakfast before we set off exploring. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. It has an iron and ironing board, washing machine, airer. The main building door actually locks at night and the code on the door key didn’t seem to work but we called the reception after hours and someone picked up straight away and gave us another code which worked perfectly fine each time. It’s located in a very quiet and attractive area of Krakow. Very close to two Catholic Churches if you like going to Mass in the morning or evening without interruptions by tourists. We stayed during a very hot week in Krakow, we did have AC in the apartment but we don’t like using such things so before we left exploring we closed all windows and shut the blinds and the apartment stayed cool.

There were minor things we didn’t like such as incomplete set of blinds in the kitchen window, squeaky doors, shower head didn’t attach properly so you had to hold it. It does require a handy man to fix these little imperfections but we didn’t mind. We were aware that it’s not perfect and we were happy as it was plus we were out and about most of the day. But the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.

During our stay in Krakow, we thoroughly enjoyed the charm and convenience of the apartment. Its central location made it easy to explore the historic Old Town and nearby shops while the apartment offered a perfect blend of amenities. The staff we had dealings with were lovely and allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day so we could explore some more before returning home. Overall, the apartment is a wonderful base for our time in Krakow... highly recommended

Nothing negative to say... an amazing short break based in a fantastic city.

Location is perfect. Walkway distance to the Old Town. Rooms are big and fresh. Cleaning is very good. Free underground parking in the centre of city is priceless. Bathroom is good. A great price performance location in the city centre.

The TV is not smart. So couldn't use our own Netflix account for the kids. The TV has a box system but you need to rent for a movie and in order to rent it asks for a confirmation code. I asked reception and they had no idea about renting movies in the box. So we had to open Polish Cartoons for the kids but tjey were not interested since they didn't understand language. So better to let clients to rent movies in the box. You can ask for its money no problem. Kids need it when they're at home. Or i advice people to bring their tablets or MiSticks :)

Fantastic location. Very close to center of Old Town. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Our room was really comfortable and clean. Both bed and pull-out bed were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and their instructions very clear. Parking spot was reserved for us and it was included in the price. We also got coupons for every night for the restaurant belonging to the complex. Food was really nice and good value for money. Definitely would go back next time I'm in Kraków.

Front door was getting stuck a bit so it was hard to open it sometimes but it was not a major problem.

Nice surprise. Lovely spotless clean unit with a great bonus- a charming option with small table for two where I had a breakfast with my daughter. Includes all the essentials kitchen facilities and washing machine like a proper flat. Amazing location- central but very quiet. Located in a residential complex. Customer Service were the best everrrrr. So thoughtful and super polite. Very professional and care. Maria from Customer Service left her desk after I rung them and told that I did not know how to use TV remote controls in the room just to check if it worked properly and showed me the way to use it. As well on one occasion I asked her to call the taxi company and to book taxi for me which she did but no one answered her then. I thanked and left thinking how can I manage booking taxi myself just in a case that taxi people do not freak English. After a short while someone contacted me via what’s up from that Taxi company and told me that hotel rung them again and asked for assistance as their guest needs am airport drop off. Super nice of her. As well as guy named Mikolay from Customer Desk helped me as well with my inquiries in a very personal way. I seriously was so nicely surprised for that nice human way of treating their guests.

I seriously have nothing to think about . May be it would be great to leave some extra towels in the room . Another note for guest: there is no Customer assistance from 9 pm so if anything needs to be arranged then do it before. In order get an extra key a deposit of $25 is requested but we were fine without asking for extra key.
