Very nice location. Friendly staff that speaks English very well. The room was very spacious and the price was very good. The buffet style breakfast was quite nice. Apple Maps gave me the wrong location making me fear the worst as I got deposited on the parking lot of a car wrecking company it seems, but a short look in the booking app showed me that the hotel was actually a few 100 meters further down the road. The hotel is on the outskirts of Krakow which lends itself very well for excursions into town or visiting the surrounding areas.

The restaurant was a bit of a letdown. I'm not a food critic by any means and it filled me up, but the soup was a bit bland and the mushroom sauce tasted a bit off. But there are many other options in the area for food so that should not be a huge issue.

The hotel has very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. They offer a large private parking area, suitable for cars and motorcycles. You can reach the city center by combining a bus and tram, or take a taxi, which is the fastest and also an affordable option. Near the hotel, there is a shopping center, a gas station, a bus stop, and more. I highly recommend the hotel.

A very nice, quiet place at the edge of the city, with detailed instructions on how to use public transport if needed. Staff speak multiple languages and very attentive. Also there's a gas station 50 meters from the entrance.

I literally cannot think of anything. Krakow's traffic was bad, but that is not an issue any hotel employee can solve, so no complaints. :)

The location of the hotel is on the river and within walking distance of the city's old town. Food and drink in the restaurant were excellent as was the setting on the river. There was plenty of parking available on site and I could park a motorcycle safely at the entrance. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike

Rooms are in the renovated building from the PRL era - although I didn't have problem with that. Breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel is in the quiet area, next to Vistula River. Large private parking is a big plus. Krakow Old Town is 15 min. drive with car, Uber, bus or Taxi (if there's no big traffic).

Everything was quite OK. No complains.

The lovcation was on the Vistula river banks and has a Kayak base. It was possible to rent a kayak, very cheap and I was till Krakow by kayak. I needed only 30 mi to reach the Krakow center. It is also to walk or bike to the city along Vistula. Even is not in the city, tho location is very good for thse who likes to walk or ride a bike. Also with the public transport is easy to reach Krakow center. Breakfast is good, with a lot of choices.

Room was the perfect size for one, very cosy. The buffet breakfast was also excellent value and good quality food.

My bathroom had a constant urine smell from the start (not mine!), and I couldn't figure out which part of the bathroom (towels/mat/cistern/etc) it was coming from. Wasn't overpowering and didn't ruin the stay so didn't bother mentioning to staff.

Nice, clean modern Hotel with free parking and helpful staff. They even explained the changed bus schedule to us. Bathroom is exceptional! Breakfast was very good.

It's quite far from the city and parking is a bit hard to see from the street/ hard to navigate.

Relaxed feel to the accommodation, staff very nice. Lovely cat greeted us at the door, location very pretty on river.

The access is a little hard to find and tricky to negotiate down a steep narrow road to the hotel.

Location was excellent if you want a quite place to stay buy the river. Small shopping centre just 5 minutes walk away.
