Breakfast was good, the room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The Sky Bar was superb offering fantastic views of the city.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work all the time. We got up on our last morning and got into the shower ... no water! We tried to use the phone in the room to ring reception but the line was dead. We used our mobile phone to call reception and were told that there was a problem throughout the whole hotel but that it would be sorted within around 30 minutes. Thankfully it was. Fortunately, we'd got a late checkout. Had it been early then we wouldn't have been able to shower. Having said that, we'd still return to this hotel.

The room was a good size, the decor modern and tasteful and the beds comfortable. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Nice touches such as dressing gowns and slippers. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Brilliant location in a beautiful square. Very good value for money

This is a minor criticism but the design of the shower screen meant it didn't fit the bath properly to provide a watertight seal so a considerable amount of water ended up on the floor when you took a shower. We solved the problem by detaching the shower head, but this was a design fault not the fault of the hotel and there was nothing they could have done to rectify the problem had we complained.

The location & historic atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful

Extremely noisy bedroom - a lot of street noise, especially the trams. We were glad we'd brought ear plugs. The breakfast was tasty but quite expensive for a rather standard selection. Plus small things let them down, like: scrambled or fried eggs were ok, but extra charge was needed for an omelette - not what you'd expect from a 4* hotel. Also incessant email communication almost daily during the week of our stay

Everything! Can’t fault this place at all, the location is perfect, the hotel is clean, the rooftop bar was beautiful in the evening. We didn’t have breakfast here but we did have an evening meal which was delicious and good size portions. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Klaudia who was lucky enough to experience my Husband and I after a few too many drinks and although the restaurant was closed as it was late on a Sunday evening helped us find somewhere open to eat and also provided us with dessert 😂 would stay here again and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing!

This is an historic, lovely hotel on the square in the Jewish quarter. Great location and strolling distance to everything. Also, a very safe area. The hotel is characterful but also artfully modernized. We received such a warm welcome and staying here just made our week in Krakow perfect. There’s a great view from the bar at the top, and a lovely restaurant out front (or inside). The food was fresh and tasty – and great cocktails. Our bedroom on the fourth floor, was cosy, comfortable – beds, etc. Couldn’t fault anything – and ALL the staff, restaurant, reception and housekeeping were just plain lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The acid test is always, ‘would I stay here again?’ – Absolutely! An exceedingly pleasant, warm, hospitable hotel that made you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

There's nothing I disliked about this hotel - only regret that we had to leave.

Hotel was situated in a good place for a choice of restaurants, seeing the sights and very near the trams. The breakfast was very good. Room was a good size and air conditioning made it a comfy temperature. Fridge and tea / coffee in room. Lift to all floors and a pleasant restaurant. The rooms were very well looked after by the staff.

Our stay was a little disrupted by work that was going on. But this is not normally happening. Our room was near the main road and the trams were very noisy. It could be a problem for some people. We didn't find it a major problem. Breakfast was very good but at zl 80 per person per day we felt it was expensive. We didn't normally eat at the hotel restaurant as there was a limited selection and again not great value. However, the staff were very good and tried to be as helpful as possible. We felt that, for a four star hotel the restaurant offering could be improved considerably., which would result in a lot more guests staying in house for meals.

The owners were friendly, the staff great and nothing was too much trouble. As our visit was a little special for us we had booked a deluxe suite as an indulgence and the room did not disappoint in any way. We ate there a couple of times although we have eaten there several times on previous visits and it was brilliant every time. There is a really nice atmosphere in the bar. I would recommend!

If i have to say something I didn’t like it would be the lack of choice at breakfast however what was on offer was really good. The food in the hotel is very very good!

We stayed at Rubinstein many times when in Krakow as we love the central location within Kazimierz district. The breakfasts are always great and the lady who works during breakfast service is so lovely! Room is always clean and quite spacious.

I think whoever works at the reception desk should smile more often. You are the first person to greet your guests and we have noticed lack of smiles and friendliness when coming into the hotel. Also , I think the pillows in the room need some upgrade as they are so worn out that one is not enough to sleep on.

We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival a very nice gesture as we were there to celebrate my birthday. The breakfast and lady who looked after us at breakfast was superb. The location is brilliant int he Jewish quarter with easy access to lots of places of interest and restaurants. The hotels rooftop bar is absolutely stunning and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather allowing use this lovely setting twice for drinks. The Manager Paul, Robert and Patrick waiters at the hotel were really attentive and helpful and are a credit to the hotel.

The staff were so friendly. Great location . Really comfortable hotel, beds so comfie, corridors quiet with no noise disturbance. The location is great in the Jewish quarter . Our room was at the front of the hotel where there are lots of people enjoying the area and facilities outside however , we could not hear any noise at all. Also all the room cleaning is done in the afternoon, so quite easy to sleep on if you had a late night or a tiring day. Lovely to have the facility of the Sky Bar too. Special mention to the front desk staff and main waiter at the front of the building....there were all so friendly and helpful . Really lovely place to stay in Krakow which is also a fab city.
