Comfortable beds, darkening curtains, new furniture, quiet and green environment outside. Without the noise of other guests, the stay would have been more pleasant.

Cleaning only every other day. At least taking the trash out daily would have been nice. There were many busses with big families arriving, the hotel was very busy and got noisy. Kids were running on corridors, banging doors, the breakfast area was packed. Other guests put chairs, trash, empty shopping bags etc. in front of the room doors into the corridors.

Modern and mostly clean. Comfy rooms with nice amount of space. Comfy bed and fresh decor. Lots of choice for breakfast. Location just few stops from the center (in our case some summer road renovation added some hustle). Rooms quiet, seems sound proofing is very good.

Hotel can get very busy which takes away a comfort factor (especially at breakfast or busiest check in moments). Windows don't open and toilet flashing was so strong that we needed to clean drops of water from the seat every time we flashed - inconvinient to say the least. Lights- a lot of automatizatuon making it hard to work with at times. No pool or wellness. All that takes away the exceptional experience we were hoping for with 4 stars of this brand.

I loved the facilities at the hotel, it's modern fixtures are pleasant and the staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival. The rooms facilities are great, the TV with casting and even ability to check your bill plus room service option was impressive. Rooms are clean and tidy and decent size wise. Hair dryer!!! Ladies this hotel hair dryer is fabulous! Well powered and efficient- A bug bare of mine usually! I was impressed with the bathroom facilities. Lovely cocktails and bar staff! Would definitely return!!

The location of this hotel means taxis or scooters are a necessity but if you don't mind that it's great. It's a pleasant environment even to walk into the main square is easy enough. So be advised, this is not a central hotel. But taxis are cheap and scooters are cheap and fun! The tram stop is near by too although we didn't use it. I did have to ask them twice to come and collect my food from my room once I'd finished with my room service delivery. I felt someone should have checked in to see if I was finished and clear my plates etc away. This wouldn't deter me from returning though!

This is a fantastic hotel! The rooms are spacious and the modern decoration is lovely. The breakfast buffet had a really good selection of very tasty food. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, they are extremely helpful and friendly and they made sure our stay was really enjoyable. My earphones fell out of my bag and under the bed without me noticing and when I contacted the hotel to ask if anyone had handed them in they arranged for hospitality to search the room. When they located the earphones they offered to package them and post them to me if I sent a prepaid envelope. The courier company messed about and the hotel staff were very patient with this and eventually my lost property was returned to me. Absolutely top class service. Thank you! I found the location to be good. It is about 30 mins walk to the main square or there are e-scooters that will take you there in 10mins (which my daughter and I used every day, we loved them) for approx 2 GBP. I would recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like - but as a small suggestion a waffle maker for breakfast would be a good addition.

It’s clean and convenient. Quite close to a big park and generally a quiet neighborhood. If you want to go for a match it is very close to the stadium. It’s also around 30minutes walk to the old town which has a pram friendly pedestrian walks.

The staff are not the friendliest and also the walls are too thin. Too many noises in the room. Like pipes or something starting and going off- not sure what it was but very loud. The AC would tuen on by itself a few times during the night even though we turned it off.

Location in a newly built area, a bit outside of the central area of the city, but very green and very quiet. The hotel is new, you can see that everywhere, everything was functional. Probably the best mattress I have ever had in a hotel so far. Friendly and helpful staff. The parking on premises and also the parking garage is a big plus. Tram station next to the hotel, but beware, there's no ticket machine in this station. Taxi and ride sharing very affordable from here to the city center.

A bit frustrating that you can't open the window to get some fresh air. You have to rely solely on the air conditioning, which is not quite the ideal situation. We didn't find slippers in the room. Also not being able to reserve a parking spot it's a minus, you may or may not find a free place upon arrival, but public parking is to be found around the hotel.

The property was very comfortable with all the necessary items, including toiletries and slippers. There was free water provided each day with coffee and tea facilities. Fresh clean towels were provided every day and room was cleaned, although ideally bedding could have been changed once in four nights. The staff were very helpful and happy to answer all queries. There is also a small convenience store a couple of minutes from the property, in case any food items need to be purchased.

It isn’t a negative but the property isn’t close to town, approximately 25 minutes walk, which wasn’t an issue because I could get my steps in. However, there is a tram service just outside the property, so not an issue travelling around.

Excellent hotel with comfy modern rooms and super hot shower which after a cold day of walking was greatly appreciated, the bar and breakfast area was really nice with plenty of places to relax with your food and drink. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay but ended up paying the extra and eating in the hotel which had an amazing selection to choose from and worked out ok value wise. A 5 minute walk to the tram stop at Reymana for a short tram ride (4 stops) and a short walk into the old town square and down to the castle. Definitely staying at this hotel again if we travel back to Krakow.

Couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough! Beside train & bus transport links and also cheap taxi drives to the Main Square (with the ‘Bolt’ app). The hotel had excellent gym, bar, and many more facilities. We were very impressed with the consistent cleanliness all throughout the property. The bar served lovely food, drinks & cocktails. The room was comfortable & personalised making our stay extra special. Big thanks to the lovely staff for making our stay such a positive experience. Would definitely recommend!
