Great value. Perfect for short tourist travel. The photos showed in the hotel web page are what you found. It is an old studying building, but, got surprise with the room ,421, very comfortable, spacious and clean, 2 beds, mattresses ok for my three nights, basic warm blankets. Wi- fi worked perfectly. I visit Krakow in September, nice weather, not need to use the fan neither the heating. The room comes with toilet paper, towels, basic vintage small radio, blinds, wardrobe, fan, kettle, mini fridge and very useful tableware. Private clean modern bathroom with shower, narrow, but you forget about it because, always has hot water. Friendly attention at the front desk. Excellent ubication, safe studying neighbourhood, 15 minutes nice walking to Krakow Old town, near bus and train stations, even to go to Salt Mines, behind the hotel Czarnowiejska street with supermarket and restaurants available. Expectations were already exceeded

I have no complaints. Ah... Do not use the elevator, prefer go up the stairs, it is very old and scary.

I really enjoyed top floor room with plenty of windows. The room was very warm. There is a milky bar restaurant within the hotel with excellent traditional style soup, and cutlet plus set of tasty, healthy salads, all for 30 zlotys. For cafe desperados there is coffee machine. The room has the fridge, cups, plates and cutlery. This is excellent for self catering travellers. Location is great - walking distance to the old town, two swimming pools and gyms in vincinity (one on Ingarden street and one on Jana Buszka street), nice park just outside the window for morning jog.

Maybe one minor thing: the lift should be replaced soon with never model. Except that - all was great.

It was quite simply an excellent value for the money, especially considering its proximity to the old town. The staff were helpful. Excellent.

Personally I found the hotel perfect in every way. I mean this. One member of my group (we had four seperate rooms) found the floor in her room a bit dirty. Otherwise, everyone agreed with me about how great a value the hotel was, that the facilities were excellent, it felt safe, it was withing walking distance to the town center, etc.

Nice place with a cosy atmosphere, close to a park and to the historic centre. Lots of small hidden bars and cafés in the area. Less tourists than in the old town. Recommended!

You have to keep in mind that this is a students hotel, a place for mostly young people. So there can be some excited, energetic noises at the corridors. What I personally really disliked were the bedlinen on my bed and the blaring TVs around my room.

Excellent price; good value for money. Very clean, equipped with towels, soap, warm blankets. Fridge & small dining table with two chairs. Plenty of storage. Location is excellent, close proximity to Old Town Kraków. We took scooters everywhere and you can park these right outside the accommodation. There is an iron you can borrow from reception if you need one and a snack vending machine.

Only minor - either two pillows or a more firm pillow but that is personal preference. Shower water does go all over bathroom floor. We understand it is a wet room but may need an additional floor towel.

A good value for its price. The room was clean, had a small fridge, good bathroom, and a park view. There was a shop in the walking distance, so I could buy food after my flight. There is a maching with drinks inside the hotel lobby as well, which is very convenient. Internet was ok. I could hold a lesson online. Location: not far from the center. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle and cups inside

Only one towel for person. I traveled alone, so I took another one from the second bed. Otherwise, it would be inconvenient

The elevator got out of function and they solved it from Sunday to Monday. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The location is good, walkable distance from the Old City centre.

The floor was dusty. And there is no air conditioner.

Perfect location close to local means of public transportation. For walk lovers perfect as allows to enjoy “the other” Krakow, located in close proximity to a park.

Considering the weather it was a bit too hot on the fourth floor, although it just created minimum discomfort.

I liked the hotel. It was cosy. There are all nessesery for living. The distance to the railway station nearly 2 km. The distance to the center nearly 1.5 km. I liked this place and diffenetly will book it again.

The bathroom had a very little sink, that is why a lot of water get to the floor. The shower don't have the plastic door, only shower curtain, it was uncomfortable too, because the water got the floor. But all other things was ok.
