The AC Hotel By Marriott Krakow made a very positive impression on me and my boyfriend. The hotel has a very well designed lobby, pleasing to the eye. The building has a wide range of facilities, such as a swimming pool, restaurant, bar and cafe. One night was enough for us to experience a little luxury 😉. The room also made a good impression, was very clean and spacious 👌.

The only problematic thing was the sheet. It was very rough, resulting in skin irritation.

Location was amazing! It was close to some tram stops which is very useful for travelling in and around the city, and there is a lovely food court opposite the hotel which is great for lunch and dinner when you fancy eating close to the hotel. Hotel restaurant was nice and breakfast was great with many lovely options, while hotel gym, spa and swimming pool were good additions. Rooms were huge and well-equipped, good AC and ability to connect your device to the TV was amazing!

I wasn’t a huge fan of the beds but obviously that is down to personal preference. My only real complaint was the room cleaning. Most of days they did not do it properly at all! They didn’t replace used mugs/glasses, didn’t replace towels or restock any items. Also they provided rewards if you chose to decline cleaning, so I declined my room being cleaned one day and no reward was provided! Quite disappointing.

The hotel was everything we expected and more, the room was big, clean and with all the amenities we needed, the same with the bathroom. We had a very good breakfast there and the drinks from the bar were also delicious 🤤 The staff was super, super kind and accommodating, even allowed us to check in waaaay earlier than we were supposed to (we arrived in Kraków very early and were at the hotel around 8:30 am which is when we were told our room was ready - the check in was supposed to be at 15. I also tried the Balinese massage at their spa which was very relaxing and released all the stress from my body. The pool was also great, no more than 30 people were allowed at once which was nice as it never was overcrowded. We especially enjoyed the 9-10 pm slot where it was adults only. At checkout we were allowed to leave our baggage in their storage room so we didn’t have to carry it around with us (our flight is late in the evening). I must say, we were never treated better at any other hotels we’ve been to. Kudos to the staff - 10/10 for hospitality! 🫶

Modern well laid out hotel. Good sized room and excellent facilities. Nice Spa facilities with reasonably priced massages etc. Nice indoor pool and Sauna/Jacuzzi. Highly recommend the rooms with a terrace. Amazing breakfast choice. Great location close to tram stop. 12 minutes to Krakow town.

Very clean stylish hotel with friendly staff and great facilities. We used the pool and sauna after visiting Auschwitz and was a perfect way to calm our emotions! The bar was nice with tasty craft beer, and rooms were spacious. Location wasnt too bad as Bolt taxi price to and from the hotel comes in around €4.

Breakfast cost of €17 per person was too much. Its a fab buffet, but we're glad we only did it 2 days out of our 4days stay (only because we had tours picking us up from the hotel early morning and location of hotel is too far from town for alternative breakfast) but save your money and get a cheap taxi into the old town for a multitude of better breakfast options for cheaper. I did order eggs benedict one of the mornings, and it was basic. Hollandaise sauce "drip" on the eggs wouldnt cover your small fingernail. Shower wasn't great at all, small trickle dribbles of water all spaced out too far, you'd be quicker getting washed outside in the rain for 5 seconds.

The breakfast is delightful, and the room is spacious with a large terrace offering a beautiful view. It's very convenient to be able to pay with a card everywhere, and the staff is very responsive.

The spa is incredibly small for such a large hotel; it's designed to accommodate a maximum of 30 people, which is insufficient. There are only 14 loungers by the pool, and no matter when you arrive, they're always occupied. There is a definite need for more loungers to be available.

Excellent value for money modern Hotel with high quality facilities and finish. We stayed for 3 nights and days. Perfect location (15mins from City centre and 15mins from Airport) meaning was busy whilst also quiet leaving us to go at our own pace. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent standard of breakfast buffet serving from 6:30am which was really helpful when we left at 7am for a trip to Auchwitz. Free use of the coffee machine throughout the day is a lovely touch also. Spa facilities were stunning and perfect way to relax and break up the day after sightseeing before dinner. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Krakow

Hotel was new, people in Poland are very friendly which is relieving for female travellers. The spa was beautiful and easy to use. We used it and the gym everyday. We were so happy here. Free coffee. Water was replaced in room everyday. The housekeeping always had a smile on their face so they seemed to enjoy their job. The breakfast and food was expceptional. I will 100% be back as there isn’t anything I can fault! So so happy here! There was aircon and comfy beds high standard of rooms as well. Just across the road from hotel is a gorgeous park with an outdoor seating area with food stalls and chill out areas to have snacks and beer in the sun. A couple of minutes walk and you’re onto a tram which comes every ten minutes or so! Again for two women this felt very safe.

There isn’t really anything I didn’t like about my stay honestly. Not that it matters but the gym could have had bigger weights as we are athletes but it was nice enough to get a workout because not many people use the gym.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are large, our bad was very comfortable. It was nice to have tea/ coffee facilities in a room. The location was good. We could do all sightseeing by public transport or on foot.

*Long cold underground walk to the pool area and spa. I understand that it’s not economical to keep such big area warm, but… it was simply not pleasant. *No late check out possible, although there was no cleaning staff in the vicinity when we left our room at 12.00 sharp… *Outdoor music (loudspeakers). There were no guests, who could be eating breakfast outdoor, because of weather. The music was not necessary and it could be well heard in our room on the 1. floor. It woke me up :-(

An absolutely fabulous hotel, we stayed for 6 nights At check in the staff member (male) was so friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were very friendly. Cleaning staff were great and changed our towels and left us fresh bottled water. Everywhere was very clean! The room was huge as was the bed. We had a balcony. Bathroom was a good size and had double sinks We were able to connect Netflix and Spotify to the TV as the only English channel we had was CNN. There was a safe and fridge ( a small mini bar which we didn't use) Lots of lights and plug sockets A pool onsite and a shop Zabka which is great There was free coffee to go each day. Tram stops just a couple of minutes walk away. Overall a fabulous stay and would stay again

Only a couple of things... Bed was huge (great!) but unfortunately it was not a double mattress so we were constantly falling into the dip. My main gripe of the whole stay was with the pool...the area itself is small but really nice. My issue is the chlorine...myself and partner both took reactions to it, him probably worse than me. The smell was so strong in both the pool and jacuzzi. My partners face came out in spots and a rash around the cheeks and eyes. It took washing out his eyes 6 times before he could see properly. I came out in a rash on my legs and around my eyelids. It's been 3 days since we left and my eyes are still stinging. Please be careful of this. Unfortunately the spa area was so busy when we were leaving we couldn't get speaking to the staff to tell them.
