Entry to the apartment is by a code to collect the key, then there is a con on the keyring to open the main door. Very easy. The apartment is small but adequate with everything that you might need for the stay. The shower and bathroom were great, and there is a small bit well equipped kitchen area if you need it. Nearby are good cafes and a 24h supermarket. The diner across the road serves inexpensive Spanish lunches.

There's no lift, which was what I expected, but at night the automatic lights cut out before I reached my level. Also there was a popping noise occasionally in the room. But these are very minor problems.

- in bedroom wall wardrobe's door was unhooked from frame and just leaning against the wall

The Location is great. It's very close to the main train station, making it very easy to go to the airport. Takes literally about 5 minutes to reach the train platform. We also liked the uncomplicated check-in system and the big space in the apartment. The kitchen had most of the stuff needed for cooking on our own.

The A/C had some problems at the moment and was dripping condensation water, making a lot of noise. The apartment is a bit humid and having a working A/C is important. The TV could also have some sort of Chromecast or Stick to make it Smart and be able to watch from own streaming services and not cable

I like everything about this hotel from check-in to check-out. Although the room size is small but it's got everything needed. Location is near the Main Station but it'll take some walk to the Old Town. My room was right by the road on the 2nd or 3rd floor but it's quiet enough and didn't disturb our sleep. AC was working, kind of, if temp was set below 19C. I like the coffee machine, shower, kitchenette, and little details like hooks in the bathroom. I do wish there was a closet where clothes can be hung, not folded.

The only thing that kept me hanging was the photos shown on booking com are too limited; I didn't know what kind of room I was getting until I entered the room. so that got me worried for a while because some comments here said the rooms were not as expected. If the photos could match the room which one is booking it will be a lot more helpful and gives more peace of mind.

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just near the central train and bus stations and a short walk to the old town. There are cafes, restaurants just outside and a small supermarket on the opposite corner. There is a large shopping mall with food court and much bigger supermarket next to the train station.

You need a Fire Stick or your own device to use the TV. I just wanted some music but there are no channels tuned in and it's not a smart TV. Not a big issue for me but useful to know.

Location couldn’t be better considering that my priority was to easy get to the railway & bus stations. The area as well was safe and had 24h-open mini-markets nearby. Speaking about the apartment itself, I particularly highly rate the comfy bed, good shower, and well-equipped kitchen (although I didn’t use the latter much).

The sofa in the living room was dirty, it badly requires cleaning or replacement. (Attached the photo which I made when I just checked-in) Besides, the request to submit my personal data via the online form that I received prior to check-in is VERY CONCERNING.

- good location (close to the railway and bus stations while also being a 10 min walk from the center) - rather quiet - everything necessary for a comfortable stay

- if you don’t put up a sign that you need the room to be cleaned, you’ll never get it clean (which is logical I guess), but if you put up the sign, all the cleaning entails is fresh towels, that’s it! I stayed for a week and I got my towels changed once. I figured if that’s the “cleaning”, I don’t need that. Also, wasn’t too excited to be talked to in russian by a cleaner (she was nice, but it’s not the way to go)

The key was in the keysafe, so it was easy to take it out, we received fully clear instructions. I'm happy that I chose the room with the airconditioning because of warm weather. The room was fully equipped as described and was very clean. The best thing was that we arrived to Krakow by bus and it was just 3 minutes by walk from the station, still it was in a quiet place. Near the place there was a 0-24 grocery store. It's also great that the apartment is listed on Viator, so if you book a Viator tour then they can pick you up right at the apartment. Only thing was that the door of the bathroom did not work well (hard to open and close), but we solved it. Also would be great to have mosquito curtain on the windows, but it was okay, we did not have issues. I really recommend the place for your stay in Krakow.

Very well located, less than 5 minutes away from the main station and 10 minutes walking to the historial centre. Everything was clean, well equipped, good wifi, and smooth check-in (it was a bit tricky though when first entering the building at night - it was dark and no light switch near the door, only after walking a bit in the dark the motion detector did turn the light on). The street can be a bit noisy because of the tramway so the windows better stay closed, but there is air conditioned. Very big shower.

The room is very well equipped, kind of a mini studio, but so mini that there is a table with no chairs - there was only a kind of comfy chair not suitable for that. Not a problem for us as we didn't eat in there, but not sure how useful the basic kitchen is if you cannot use the table to eat whatever you cooked... The fridge was a bit noisy, so we had to switch it off at night. In fact, small noises were the only bad point of the room: the fridge, the shower next door, the steps in the room upstairs, or the leaking shower (the second night though we found out how to "purge" the water remaining in the shower to fix this). No deal breaker, but small minus.

We were only here for one night, needing an early train to the airport. The flat was clean and comfortable and perfectly located for the station. Instructions for entry were clear.

It was fine for one night but was very small with limited cooking facilities compared to some apartments we have stayed in when in Krakow. If I were visiting the city rather than transiting, I would choose somewhere closer to the main square.
