My stay at Zakrzówek Residence was very comfortable. The interior of the room matched the photos on the website. Furniture, dishes, appliances, bed linen and towels are of good quality and new. Excellent location of the hotel, 20 minutes by tram to the center, 10 minutes on foot to the supermarket, 10 minutes on foot to the park with the lake. The hotel employee Yuri was very attentive, kind, tried to help in any way he could. Very good value for money and quality of services provided. I recommend.

I would like the bathroom to have a heated towel rail.

Amazing place. It is only one minute walk to the tram station that leads straight to the Old Town and the supermarket is five minutes away by walking. All you need is right there. The furniture is new and modern and you even have a stove and an oven in the room! Two complimentary bottles of water waited for us which was very nice. Cutlery, pans and the rest are present as well. The bathroom is spacious and the mattress was firm. Free parking is provided in front of the hotel, but it can happen that the parking lot gets full, so be mindful of that. Wifi connection is there, it is around 50 - 60 Mbps. Honestly, with how close the tram station is, you don't really need a car, there's no space to park a car in the center anyway. The price for the two of us for two nights was only 100 euros, but the quality we received was astonishing. I absolutely recommend this place and when we do come back, it's going to be this hotel.

Honestly, not much to say.

The location is convenient, close to public transport and shops. The room facilities are new, adequate, and match the description; everything is clean and modern. There is a 24/7 reception and good communication with the property.

The breakfast was disappointing (a supermarket croissant, one piece of butter, jam, honey, peanut butter, a piece of cake, suspicious-looking porridge, two plums, one mandarin, and orange juice) left outside the room before 7:00. The room was not soundproof—I could hear the phone alarm from another room, and the level of street noise was significant.

It is a.new apartment in a 4-star hotel. The apartment is great, for 50eur I couldn't expect more. Great soundproofing, comfy beds, smart tv, quiet air conditioner, well equipped kitchen area. The building is close to a beautiful unique lake, tram station, that goes to the city center is just a few steps away.

- Shower doors were defective(needs a fix, apartment 71) - Although we didnt have plans to bake anything at the oven, we tested it and it didnt turn on.

New, spacious rooms with a functional and well-equipped kitchen. Large, well-equipped bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast is left outside your room in the morning, with sweet or savory options and quality fruit. Easy parking. Tram to the city center stops right outside the building (20 minutes). The staff responds quickly by text message to any request.

I travelled for work and the accommodation was close to my office. Tourists visiting should know that it is not in the city centre (10 /15 minutes by tram to the old market ) . Room was great, nice and clean and newly renovated. They are still renovating the reception and some of the floors, staircase etc but from my perspective, for the price, it was very good.

It met my expectations. It is rather a hotel room with a kitchen annex but a very good option for a short stay. Quiet room with a comfortable bed. I could stay again.

Internet connection was very unstable and rather slow. Toilette splash did not work well. Ironing facility would be a great add on.

Beautiful new rooms. The shower and toilet look absolutely new and clean. Comfortable furniture, there is a kitchen with the necessary appliances and utensils. There is a huge refrigerator.

Access to the room is by code that is left on a piece of paper, it is unknown who knows it and can gain access. WiFi is not stable, Internet access works poorly

Almost everything was good. Nice new apartment, close to the tram stop (nr.18 gets you to the Old town)

Pillows are not comfortable. A big gap on the bottom of the door is not helping your privacy when you are using a toilet. (I presume it is made because there is no working ventilator in the bathroom).

Proximity to tram and airport, good quality complimentary breakfast delivered right at doorstep

Floor mats inside bathroom would be beneficial, also someone smoking in another nearby room/bathroom also changed the air quality in my room because the vents are connected
