Perfect location, near to Łagiewniki railway station, near to tram stop to the center, near to Sanctuary of the Divine Mercy. Wonderful tasty breakfast, the best we have ever had. Outside parking free of charge.

The bathroom ventilation did not work, there was a musty smell in the room. We would appreciate better bathroom cosmetics. The restaurant is open from 15 00 o'clock.

Nothing to mention

Hotel has a peaceful, quiet location (to some extent!, there is a railway close but it did not bother me, didn't even hear it). The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better. Plus, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day.

Here's the kicker: parking is a nightmare. Street parking is basically non-existent, and the hotel's own parking is over €10 a night. So, if you booked a "cheap" room, just know that parking costs will probably eat up any savings you thought you were getting. That much for parking is a bit wild.

During my stay, Aleksandar at the reception desk truly went above and beyond to meet my every request, consistently exceeding my expectations. His exceptional service, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made a significant positive impact on my overall experience. Aleksandar's dedication to guest satisfaction reflects his outstanding professionalism and commitment to the hotel's high standards. His efforts not only enhanced my stay but also showcased the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Aleksandar is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hotel, and his exemplary service is a key reason I would highly recommend this establishment to others.

Honestly, there were 2 main reasons for choosing this hotel: the kid's playroom and Rituals :) And both of these exceeded my expectations. We had two toddlers with us, and having a place for them to 'run wild' safe and indoors was a great advantage. And Rituals, of course. Every space in the hotel has a pleasant recognizable scent, starting with a foyer, through corridors and to your room.

The rooms on the front side face a railway station, so it can get quite noisy, especially at night. Plus the room itself was tight (we had a deluxe double room), the pictures promised much more space.

Lovely hotel. Modern, clean and well kept. Staff on the first two days were exceptional. The room smelt of cigarettes and the man on the desk immediately moved us, which was great. Very comfortable beds. Could do with an extra pillow though.

Close to a tram stop but very suburban area with nothing close walking distance to. Sound insulation isn’t great… can hear upstairs banging around a lot and people outside smoking. Breakfast better earlier as ran out of a lot of stuff by 9am

Acoomodation intself. Interior was really nice, modern, no dirty anywhere. Room was clean and comfy, everything was there (all what normal person need - towels, hairdryer etc). Big plus are windows (hotel is located next to rails but you can't hear them). Breakfast was quite rich, with cereals, sweets and salty part of breakfast.

Parking is not good there. The hotel itself has parking in front of and under hotel, but space under the hotel is very limited and parking spots are small, also parking in front of hotel is quite risky as there is lack of space and possible to risk mirror damaging. BUT we parked and for experienced driver or delivery guy its no big deal to find a parking spot.

1. Modern hotel with big clean rooms, the aircondition was super good, working fast, soft with no noise. Good beds but small if not deluxe room. 2. The staff are what makes this hotel an enjoyable experience, we got a easy upgrade for 50zlt for a bigger bed and balcony. 3. Water at the room, gym and reception. 4. The breakfast was super good and high quality food and staff. 5. The gym is alittle small but has almost all you need. 6. Free parking along side a fence right next to the hotel. 7. 5-7mins walk to the tram, every 10mins line 8 or 10 takes you to the city center in 12mins. You can buy tickets on the port, just remember to stamp your tickets when you enter the tram. 8. The hotel is easy to get around, two elevators and easy stairs. 9. High quality restaurant and drinks/cocktails.

1. The hotel is next to a train station, so the big balcony did not made alot sense with a view over the station and noise from the station. No noise during the night, sense the room had noise cancel windows. 2. Beds size in standard double bed room were small, had to upgrade to deluxe room bigger beds.

The hotel is located in a car-free area but in an accessible location. The location was perfect - lively atmosphere with lots of restaurants and cafes. Plus, within walking distance you have the main attractions (less than 15 minutes) - the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Cisterna Basilica, so it's easy to explore the different areas of this beautiful city. You couldn't ask for a better location with such beautiful, cosy and welcoming facilities. The room was clean and we felt more at home in it than in the hotel. I was very impressed with the exceptional level of support and assistance from the staff. Their knowledge and willingness to help greatly enhanced my experience. The host, Mr. Yavuz was very friendly, helpful and accommodating (and spoke English, which made my life much easier). Two bottles of water in the fridge greeted us every day. Mr. Yavuz and his team are hosts you don't meet often. I can't thank them enough. Keep up the great spirit and excellent work.
