A very charming and cozy hotel! The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and peaceful. In the morning and evening, birdsong made the surroundings feel even more magical 💖. The parking was also very convenient. I’d definitely love to return if the rooms get a few updates.

Unfortunately, the room was quite stuffy. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, and even with the window open, it was hard to sleep at night due to the heat. I really hope the hotel considers installing air conditioning in the future. 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location. It is wonderfully quiet, yet still close to trams for 10-15min access to the old town of Krakow. The staff were all very friendly, polite, informative, and all willing and very capable to speak English, which we were very grateful for! They very kindly agreed for us to keep our car parked (free parking) for the day after we checked out, so we could explore Krakow before returning in the afternoon. The room itself was lovely, two very comfy beds, everything very clean, modern decor, and with a little juliet balcony. Shower room was also exceptionally clean, and spacious. Breakfast was also very nice, and looked after by another friendly member of staff. Whenever I return to Krakow, I will be sure to stay here again!

The hotel is small and cozy. Room was very well cleaned (daily). Water, good coffee and tea were included. Staff was friendly and ready to assist.

Breakfast it was good enough for 1-2 days stay but it would be very poor for longer stay (only a few main dishes available: pancakes, eggs and sausages).

My room was lovely and spacious with lots of natural light (3rd floor). The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a very quiet area. Located very close to a tram stop so one could be in the Old Town in about 20 minutes. Train station close by also.

There is nothing nearby in terms of restaurants or cafes. There is, however a restaurant in the hotel and a large grocery store about a 10 minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Merci Boutique Hotel. Starting from the location - a quiet area, to a tram stop 200m - you can reach the center in 15-20 minutes. You can buy a ticket for the tram directly at the stop in the machine - both in cash and by card. The hotel is very small but these are a big advantage. Interior in light colors. The room is bright and cozy. Refurbishment is fairly recent. I want to note - good sound insulation (perhaps we were lucky with the neighbors). There is no air conditioning in the room, it will probably be hot in summer, but there is heating - now in autumn and winter - you will definitely be warm. The room also has a coffee machine and capsules for it. The breakfasts are delicious, of course there is not much variety - but that was enough for us, most importantly, everything is delicious and fresh. Delicious coffee from the coffee machine. Pleasant staff. We were satisfied with our stay - highly recommended!

Really clean rooms. Nice location (shopping mall with primark nearby). Public transport is nearby and car parking was free, excellent if you come with car. There is small kiosk at the street where you can buy snacks/drinks. Did not try breakfast but it seemed to be good.

Very clean. Room was nice. Staff were very courteous. The location was just across the street from the Divine Mercy Sanctuary. Also, a short walking distance to the Saint JP2 Sanctuary and Museum. The Church is very beautiful!

The location and the decor of the entire hotel was very pleasing. The staff was always nice and helpful. On site parking is very convenient.

The absence of air conditioning was an unpleasant surprise.

The rooms are clean, very helpful and approachable staff, very near to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy which is the main reason why we went to the area. It’s also near to the tram station.

There’s no lift but as was explained by the staff it is because of the structural part of the property hence they can’t put a lift.
