I had a fantastic experience! The service was wonderful, and the facilities were spotless. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus—just a short distance from the town center and easily accessible by public transportation or private ride services. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

The shower head mount on the wall was not properly sized to fit the showerhead, so I had to hold the showerhead in my hand while showering. It would also be great to have a coffee/tea machine available 24/7 for added convenience.

Breakfast was decent, the location and the hotel is very quiet, we loved it, the parking was also very nice and we always had a place to park the car even when the hotel was full. The quality for the price was EXCELENT. Will definitly visit again, location is not far from the old town and other activies by car.

Both me and my partner agree that we did not like the pillows. The hairdryer was weak and it took forever to dry my hair.

The lady receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was nice and quiet.

I was unlucky to have no hot water when I had a shower at 0430 in the morning. Maybe I was too early for the water to warm up. It is Ukraine and there is a war on, so not a big deal. I was definitely awake for my road trip to Sumy :) Trying to use Google maps to find the hotel was not good. The hotel is on a main road. If your navigation system tries taking you anywhere else it is wrong. The front of the hotel at night has a nice bright red sign.

The place is clean and accessible. People are friendly. The beds are also totally ok.

The walls and doors are not soundproof enough. There are fully loaded buses of chidren and tourists going to this place, in the morning they will scream and make a lot of noises roaming the corridors and going to the spa. If your room is on the side of the spa, you may also hear the spa's outside unit turning on and making quite some noises.

The place was clean. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful with all the informations needed

The place is a bit far from the center. So you need to account that when you are travelling.

Great place to stay if you drive to Krakow. 24h reception Ample parking Quiet area. 10 min walk to the tram station. Supermarket nearby Breakfast with a wide range of meals to suit everyone. Clean bathroom. Toiletries provided. Enough storage space.

Not the most modern interior but everything worked properly.

Great breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff who speak many languages, clean property and rooms, in a quiet area.

Personally this was no issue, but it’s outside of the city so if someone doesn’t want to take the tram they’d have to Uber every day but I thought it was great and only a 10 minute walk to the tram.

breakfast was really good...also my early morning checkout...the staff at reception offered to pack me a light breakfast which was very thoughtful. I didn't ask for it. The bf box was ready 5am.

The Air con started to work by itself and not responding to remote. I called up reception but the staff at reception cut my call twice hearing me speak English. I went down and the staff send technician to correct it.

Breakfast was sublime. The medium plus scrambled eggs were as good as I make them at home. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. Bonus- the restaurant was 10/10, foods were perfect.

The only thing that was not the best was the fact that the room was not as modern, in terms of the bathroom etc.

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast were amazing always big choice of food. Location wasn't in the city center, but it was not far from tram stop which was going to the city. Wellness was small, but really clean and it had enough facilities. I do recommend to try their Wawel hot wine if you are visiting in the winter.

In the wellness they didn't put signs for people to go without swimming suit to sauna, as it should be. They gave us only 1 towel each and not additional blanket for cover to sauna, so the towel got wet quickly from sweat.
