We stayed in the Apartment, two bedrooms and a bathroom with big hall/corridor, small balcony with chairs and coffee table with park view, very big bedrooms, simply perfect. Breakfast standard size/options, but everything really tasty. Spa was really good - calming and relaxing - make sure you book in advance they do get busy.

I think the only criticism I can have is that probably there isn't enough staff to run the bar/restaurant smoothly. If there is a wedding or other party in their beautiful park, most of the staff is focused on it, and bar/terrace service is suffering.

The hotel is great for a calm and quite rest. The room is clean and comfortable, + uncludes body lotions which is great addition. Breakfast is not large, but still a good choice of food.

Not for us personally, as we were with a car. But it seemed like without the car the hotel is not that suitable for a lesure, especially if you are planning to use public transport. So be careful of where and how you are planning to travel.

Stayed overnight with a small kid. All amenities and staff were friendly, great playground right next to restaurant area. A great and tasty breakfast menu.

The matresses seem a bit worn down. The dinner meals in the restaurant were a bit overcooked, but possibly due to an event happening at the same time.

The size of the room, balcony, parking, quiet area, beds, shower all good. Friendly reception. Very good breakfast. There’s also a shopping center nearby. We uber-ed to the old city center and the cost was ok. Expect a 20 min ride, but this because there is traffic and thankfully you’re not driving :))

All was good. Looks retro but is renovated. Hotel is really cool. You get a spy movie vibe. With marble and stuff.

Cozy, clean hotel with beautiful park around. It has free parking. Location is very good to travel to Waliczka salt mines and center of Krakow city. All was very good here. Friendly and helpful stuff. Wide and tasty breakfasts. We had opportunity to have food outside in park among huge green trees and birds chirping. Everyday supplying mineral water and changing shampoos and body gel and creams. As I understood, hotel belongs to Farmona spa cosmetics company and you can try their production ,which I found amazing and now going to buy it as regular for my use. You can use spa , just better to order in advance. Next time traveling to Krakow I would choose this hotel for sure Amazing !

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. I chose the hotel very carefully, according to people's ratings. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. I do not eat meat, flour and dairy products. I only ate fruit because there was nothing else to eat! There was no fish or salad! I found a salad for decoration with the meat dish, but it was also dirty with dirt! There was not a single rosette near the beds in the bedroom, so we could charge the phone only in the next room - the living room! There were no trash cans in the cabin! The WIFI was so weak it didn't work for me or my husband! We used our mobile data.

Free parking, beatiful hotel, very clean rooms!

Breakfast options are VERY limited (only eggs or sausages). A plate of cheese/ham is served for every table. There is a common table with a tiny plate of fruit, some bread and yogurt. It looks so sad and poor. Honestly, I expected more from this hotel. If you come to a restaurant for a late dinner between 9-10 pm, girls are cleaning the floors, making noise and speaking loudly, as if it was closed already.

Minibars appears to be unchecked when rooms are being cleaned. One of our rooms (we had more rooms) had the minibar completely empty, other room had some leftover from previous guests...

A beautiful place close to Velichka Salt mines. Obviously appropriate for weddings and other parties since we witnessed one from our window. :)) BUT - at about 23.00 the noise was stopped, which is almost a miracle considering how drunk the guests were! It just stopped! I have travelled a lot, and I don't take it for granted. Thank you, the kind hotel employees, because I love sleeping by open windows and I was not forced to close them down.

We had a very beautiful, big and cozy room for two adults and two kids with balcony. Perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy SPA. My elder son was excited that there is a place where he could play football. The breakfast was really delicious. We enjoyed our stay. Next time we are in Krakow we will stay here. :) Many Thanks to the stuff!
