The size of that two room apartment was a surprise to us. Really nice size. The size of the room was even a bigger surprise -huge bathtub and big shower space. The breakfast, included in the price, was very well arranged and presented. All meats were very delicious and the scrambled eggs just right. Many more mouth-watering dishes waited for us every single morning.

The customer service was not always in right place. That is typical for Europe, unfortunately.

I booked for my sister who is traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs. The accommodation was excellent, there are all amenities in the room, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very tasty. The sister was satisfied. Despite the low cost of the room, everything is at a high level.

The room is small (but it is not designed for an adult, 2 children and 2 dogs), so this is not a negative, just a warning for groups of travelers if you want to stay for more days. My sister said that in the evening you can hear noise from trucks and cars (but it's okay, because the hotel is not far from the highway). And also the towels are not very comfortable to the touch.

Very polite and customer oriented staff. Pleasent decoration with soft/warm lights. Excellent connection to the turistic attractions (Salt Mine in Wieliczka, Energyladia, Auschwitz-Birkenau). Very good location for the owners with pets (green area around). Big parking - great location for the customers with cars. Hotel was placed close to main road connecting highway (from the south part) with the center of the city. However it was quite location.

Lack of airconditioning, mini-fridge (it was very hot when stayed there) and electric kettle.

Breakfast was excelent, very tasty with a large selection of meals. Everything in the hotel was spotless clean. There was a wedding held in the venue of the hotel the night of our stay but we didn't hear a sound form it and that was great. We arrived a few hours early and asked if perhaps the room was ready, which it wasn't so we decided to eat lunch, take a walk and come back after 14 as was stated that the room will be ready. But during our lunch the staff hurried and got our room ready so we could check in earlier.

The staff was not at their best game, during lunch we were never asked if we needed anything and after we finished we had to wait for good 15 minutes for somebody to appear so we can call them to notice us. In the evening we went out to the terrace for drinks and also waited quite a while before anyone noticed us sitting. The parking was said to be free on request if there is free place so first thing we did upon arrival was to ask about it. The receptionist said that there's no need to worry, they have plenty of parking spaces, but when we got back from the city in the evening the whole parking was full with wedding guest cars parked.

The hotel looks very nice and has a mixed feeling of fancy and simple. The room was big enough, the breakfast very good, and the menu offered at the restaurant is nice. The staff was polite albeit could smile a bit more. They accommodated all our needs and overall our stay was very good

We stayed for a few nights. Everything met our needs. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

The room was very heavily perfumed. It's a matter of taste, but I think a rare guest would like it. I had to take the house perfume out to the balcony.

Good location, very pleasant staff, free parking. And also clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay :)

No AC that was inconvenient, and sad that they said that there will be double bed, but it was just two single beds put together.

The cosy room , perfect location (especially when you drive a car) , amazing and tasty breakfast- the variety of products even for small kids. There is the elevator that is really convenient with heavy bags.

In our room there was no fridge, but the staff was so nice and polite who agreed to put our bag with child’s food into the hotel’s one.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and with a comfortable bed, and the baby crib was so cute! Our baby loved it :) The breakfast was great, with a big variety of food and a great coffee. Location is great and close to the airport. Very Recommended!
