It was clean, big and comfortable. We had the slippers, tea pot, enough space, great breakfast, nice variety of food, big parking lot which costs 30 PLN for a night.

We only had one blanket for two people, and it wasn’t enough because the apartment was a little bit cold. Also the AC was so loud the whole night we couldn’t fall asleep for some time. I paid for parking but didn’t get any ticket to get out with so I asked the personel to open the gates. He said ok but then I was just trapped by the gates because nobody opened it. I had to go and asked one more time. After that nothing happened. The third time I called to the reception and asked let me get out. I’m not sure why they delay that and do not do what they said they would. It didn’t look like they care, unfortunately.

The staff were so helpful. When I reached with my daughters I met Piotr. He checked me in but I did send them an email after I booked to let them know I want another single room as my second daughter wants to join us after I have already for two. But there was no reply so when we reached he checked me in and asked if the booking was for 2 but now we need it 3 people he was so happy to change the bookings for 3 Instead of 2 and we paid the add cost . What a helpful gentleman We also had lunch at the restaurant The Restaurant staff were so polite and lovely especially the lady that served us I think she said she is called Justinya I might get her name spelled wrong but I think it is Justina what a lovely lady. Thank you Piotr and Justinya or Justina for your great customer service

The hotel is very clean , the food delicious and friendly and lovely staff and they speak English so it was easy to communicate with them . We will definitely come back again and would recommend anyone to visit this hotel

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for families – it’s perfect for a comfortable and hassle-free trip!

Just a 30-minute ride to the Old Town.

The rooms are always clean and well kept. I often stay here as it is easy to get to from the highway, and the hotel offers a pleasant rest during a long drive. At the same time, it is nicely connected to the city center by public transportation (about 20 min). The food is great (both breakfast and restaurant menu). The staff is always very friendly. Also, the hotel is pet friendly, and they always welcome animals with treats and gifts, which is a lovely experience!

the prices for parking are continually rising. Even though the hotel has a huge parking area which is hardly ever full. Would be nice to have an option of a free parking for one night at least.

The rooms are cozy and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety of items, with changing items every morning regarding sweets. The hotel spaces are welcoming. The restaurant has good quality service and food, although the offering of local cuisine could be better focused. The bar has a good choice of options and good service. The staff of the hotel is super friendly overall.

The distance to the city (more than 20 minutes by car or tram) makes it hard to choose over other options in town. Regarding the room furniture, it is comfortable and modern but some stains could be seen on the fabric of the chairs.

Location approximately in the middle between airport and center. Nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We have arrived earlier than check-in time, however the rooms were ready and they let us to check-in earlier. I liked very much that there was water cooler on the floor, so the consumption was not limited by one or two water bottles as regular in the hotels.

Nothing in particular. A bit far from the center, however that was not much important for our stay. About 20min to the airport by car.

Situated 5 minutes walk to local tram stop which takes you to all the destinations you'd want to get to. The breakfast was quite varied. We asked for a takeaway breakfast as we had an early tour booked and would have missed breakfast. It was very substantial and much more than we expected and enjoyed the variety. The hotel reception staff were very helpful with our tour travel arrangements. Emails before we even arrived were promptly answered and actioned. They also put the sauna on especially for us! It is an attractive hotel with beautiful lighting and seating. I love Art Deco!

There were no cereal bowls at breakfast or a variety of cereals.

this is how the business should be done! Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable. they clean rooms every day (and not just before u check-in, like in some places). The best thing here is breakfast. Food in unbelievable, they make sure it's enough for everyone and even if u arrive at 10:45 girls serve you like in a restaurant, bring all the food to you back from the kitchen.

1. my brother was staying on the 6th floor, and they had some issues with WIFI. 2. Both me and my brother have a car with a foreign license place, the issue is automatic gate system doesn't detect our plates, so we had to call so they would open the gate for us

Rooms really specious and very clean, provided with everything like : Towels, slippers, wine opener, coffee & tea, fridge, shower products, extra small mirror in the bathroom, lots of different lightening etc Breakfast was reaaaaaly nice, lots of different foods to choose from and they constantly keep adding more and more.

You can’t freely move around the hotel- meaning, when I wanted to visit friends at different floors I couldn’t, based on the fact, your key card allows to reach only the floor where your room is A/C in the room is not so strong

The bed is very comfortable, and so are the pillows :) The room was warm and cozy.

The Wi-Fi was working poorly, and the reception explained that the hotel was fully booked. I understand, things like this happen. But still... sometimes Wi-Fi is urgently needed for work, and these days, it's a must-have. I also ordered dinner and a Coca-Cola to the room, but I couldn't open the Coke because there was no bottle opener in the room. Please take this into account when guests order something that cannot be opened without a bottle opener.
