Just couple hundred meters from A4 so it's very convenient to stay here if you're travelling along that route. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Don't think it's worth staying here if you'd like to explore Krakow via public transport. The room is quite warm (not sure why it was cold for previous guests in the comments maybe that was on cold days) 24 hour reception. Shower gel included. White towels and bed linens. (it is usually expected but not all hotels do have those)

Remote control for TV is partially broken (wasn't able to change channels so had to watch the one that was already there), no slippers and no water provided (which is not required but would be great to have)

Staff was very friendly, they even told me where the closest restaurant was, the location was close to the airport. At the end the expeience was fine. Reccomended to other people who travel for work and who have to flight from JPII airport.

There was a class from a school, they were very loudy and so the restaurant was unavailable the evening I was there, but at the end I can't blame the staff for this problem.

It’s my second time at this hotel. As for me quality and price nice for bed and breakfast) Breakfast nice and very helpful staff

very clean ,had a nice food and staff was very nice and very helpful.tried their best to help the customer even there is a language barrier.very impressive place.

everything was very good,apart from the shower has no shower door and made the floor wet when shower is in use.

I liked this hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly and nice to me. If i needed anything, she did for me everything. Price for room was good for me. I can to say, i enjoyed my stay at hotel.

I didn't like just location of hotel. Hotel was far from centr of Krakow

Located by the main street which gives quick drive to the city center. The place is clean which is always my concern. Stuff very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great, fresh produce, plenty of choices - def. worth the value.

The only one minus were wedding parties at the location on the night we arrived (Saturday). One was on dedicated hallway which wasn’t a problem but one was Quite loud as it took place in the hallway by reception desk. It did finish by 10pm but some people continue to party on the parking lot in front of the rooms windows for some time.
