The hotel was very clean, with well-kept rooms and common areas that made a great first impression. The beds were comfortable, the room felt spacious, and everything worked as expected, which made the stay relaxing. Free parking directly on site was a big advantage, especially for travelers arriving by car, as it was easy to find a spot and felt safe to leave the vehicle overnight. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options, both hot and cold, so it was easy to start the day with a proper meal. The location is convenient if you are flying in or out of Kraków, and the connection to the airport makes it a practical choice. Overall, we were really satisfied with the stay and would gladly recommend the hotel.

Just couple hundred meters from A4 so it's very convenient to stay here if you're travelling along that route. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Don't think it's worth staying here if you'd like to explore Krakow via public transport. The room is quite warm (not sure why it was cold for previous guests in the comments maybe that was on cold days) 24 hour reception. Shower gel included. White towels and bed linens. (it is usually expected but not all hotels do have those)

Remote control for TV is partially broken (wasn't able to change channels so had to watch the one that was already there), no slippers and no water provided (which is not required but would be great to have)

The facilities are nice, the breakfast was also quite good. The hotel feels new and clean and the territory is nice.

The location can be a challenge without a car, getting to the city center is difficult.

Very nice and lovely hotel. Too bad I have to leave and can't stay the next night. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Big garden with a nice sitting area.

Staff was very friendly, they even told me where the closest restaurant was, the location was close to the airport. At the end the expeience was fine. Reccomended to other people who travel for work and who have to flight from JPII airport.

There was a class from a school, they were very loudy and so the restaurant was unavailable the evening I was there, but at the end I can't blame the staff for this problem.

It’s my second time at this hotel. As for me quality and price nice for bed and breakfast) Breakfast nice and very helpful staff

Didn't have a lot of variety of food however everything else was amazing! Personel na recepcji bardzo pomocny. Would recommended this place to anyone.

Food could be better.

Comfortable room, there is garden and place to sit outside, light room what i like the most, everything what you would need on trip is there.

Thin walls, can hear every sound around, even people talking in the room next to your room
