Modern place, very helpful staff especially Sebastian who helped us in everything we had issues or help with and for that we thank him. Check in was very fast and efficient. Parking Space free of charge and had no issues. Close to Krakow airport (20minutes by car) and 35minutes by car to Krakow Centre.

Central heating wasn't working and only A/C heating was available. Some beds sheets and bedlinens needed to be changed.

The owner has great taste in design. Very simple and not expensive furniture and interiors, but effect is max. Beautiful hotel. Staff fantastic. The girl/girls working at reception and restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. Sincere smile on the face ALL THE TIME. Room very spacious, very new, but no smell of chemicals. Hotel locates in a zone that is quiet and very little traffic. Beds are comfortable.

The walk-in shower looks very good--but in actual use, water goes out to the bathroom floor like waterfall I ordered English breakfast with bacon, there was no bacon. Still, it won't affect I give this hotel full points.

The size of the room was marvelous. The bed very comfortable. A very quiet place to stay as it is in an industrial park area so a little ways off of the more populous area. But reasturants are close by and a good one on site. Mostly business people staying there. A secure parking area. Super breakfast, a great value for us at it was a slower time for them. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is great. It’s super clean and fresh, nice smell all around, you could feel very comfortable here. Modern furniture and environment. I had a very spacious room and big bathroom.
