We had three rooms together. The two rooms were with King Size Bed and one room was with three separate beds. The rooms were wide. We were surprised that the triple room had two bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Lots of places to park a car that was perfect. There was no shortage of space in the parking lot. Available lift in hotel. The rooms have a conditioner and a hairdryer. You can also get an iron in the hotel reception.

When talking about a double bed, in reality they were two separate beds put together and two mattresses, as a result at night often had a gap that you can fall into, which causes minor discomfort while sleeping together. In the triple room, the shower was a bit strange, as there was a door that opens like a regular door and after washing water flows down from the door and so the whole floor was in the water. For breakfast, if you like warm food and if you stay several nights in a row, the food does not change and then with the third day, it's hard to figure out what to eat, because four warm foods do not change. Sometimes there was no juice for breakfast.

The rooms are small, simple, but tidy. What we liked the most was the staff – the whole team was very helpful, polite, and always had a smile on their faces. We really enjoyed the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. We also appreciated that it was possible to have lunch and dinner on site. The food was not only extremely tasty but also beautifully presented, and the staff was wonderful – not only polite and friendly, but also very helpful. Since we were staying with my aunt, who has walking difficulties, they brought the food directly to the room. The hotel is in a quiet location. It was also great that the reception is open 24 hours a day.

I arrived at the hotel late at night, fortunately it was not a problem. I was checked into a room very quickly. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 7:00, however I had to leave early in the morning and they offered me breakfast to go, which made me very happy. Thank you very much, it was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, I was pleased with the presence of a kettle and coffee set in the room. I will definitely come back here.

Breakfast is an excellent buffet. We had an early morning flight home from Krakow airport and this hotel is literally 10 minutes away by car.I can recommend it - has a large restaurant and has a large parking area.

Nothing - a fridge in the room would be nice but we only stayed 1 night

The breakfast was not the best! Didn’t have a lot of variety of food however everything else was amazing! Would recommended this place to anyone

Hotel Fero Express Krakow Staff were very friendly and had a great knowledge of the area. The restaurant was great and the food was very tasty. And the garden was very relaxing to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks. Enjoyed my stay and would come back again

Our company of 8 people love everything in this hotel! Rooms was clean, beds was comfy, location -by the city centre about 10-15min on the car, breakfast- fantastic 🥰

We didn’t love the carpet in the room it was not so fresh. Otherwise everything was comfortable. at breakfast missed a little bit more fresh things and juice.
