I recently stayed at Air Park Balace and appreciated its quiet atmosphere. The hotel remains clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. I experienced an easy check-in process and efficient service. The internet speed was fast and reliable for work needs. I chose to walk to the hotel, taking less than fifteen minutes. The beds were very comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. I used the hotel transport for my return journey, which was efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Air Park Balace for its excellent service and convenient location. I appreciated the friendly yet professional attitude of the staff. The hotel's location is practical for business travelers. Moreover, the environment promotes productivity and relaxation simultaneously. I enjoyed exploring the nearby area on foot with ease. Everything was great.

A very convenient place to stay when you have a late or an early flight. On arrival we called the contact number and the shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes. The room was basic, a bit cold (mid December), the breakfast provided in plastic boxes as seen in the property photos is very simple. Overall good value for money if you need to rest before/after your flight and dont want to loose time getting into the centre of Krakow. Parking fee for our car was very convenient, too. Highly recommended.

I dont want to complain, it is just an idea how to possibly improve the service: It would be great to have an opportunity to drink fresh coffee at the reception or to buy some fresh pastries instead of the cold sanwich bread included in the box. But for the price we paid it was OK.

The location is excelllent, very close to the airport. The hotel provided a free shuttle which got us from the hotel to the terminal in about five minutes. Very convenient. The price was very affordable compared with higher-priced, brand name hotels just down the road. We were greeted and checked in very quickly, and the room was made up for us as requested for two parents and two adult sons to all stay in the same room together. The room was spacious, not cramped even with four people. It was very clean and modern. Our stay was only for one night so that we could conveniently get to the airport for a very early flight, but we were very pleased and would gladly stay again.

I recently stayed at AirPark Balice and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This hotel offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a good choice for travelers flying in and out of Kraków. The most striking feature of AirPark Balice is its soundproofing. Despite being so close to the airport, I didn't hear a single plane during my stay. This allowed me to get a restful night's sleep before my early morning flight. The hotel also provides a complimentary airport shuttle that runs 24/7. The rooms at AirPark Balice are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel also has a large parking lot, which is perfect for those who are driving to the airport.

No fridge at all (not even small minibar)

Drive from the airport was 60 seconds. We only had to sleep over and then grab a rented car and move on, so this location was just perfect for us. The stuff were nice and were happy to assist in any problem and question.

The shower douche was not good and did not allow a calm shower. This happened only in one room or of two (we had to take two rooms). The second room did not have this problem. The douche head need to be replaced, that's all. Breakfast was ok. It did what it needed to do - keeping me full until lunch. This is breakfast box rather than breakfast in the dining room..

We loved that this was just a short walk from the airport. You can arrange pickup, but we thought it would be quicker and easier to just take the short 15 minute walk upon arrival. It’s a smaller hotel on the same road as the airport with a sidewalk for pedestrians. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean with a kettle and coffees for our early am checkout. We arranged a free shuttle drop off in the morning for our 6am flight. A staff member is at the desk 24 hours a day unless they are running quick drop offs and pickups at the airport. If that’s the case, a sign will be up to let you know. I thought this was a convenient hotel for an early morning flight. I didn’t need to worry about getting to the airport and finding transportation.

Nothing…it was perfect for our needs

Very comfortable if you’re staying before your flight. You may leave your car for good price, and got free transportation to the airport. There is also option to have breakfast to go.

This is not about apartment but maybe about culture of the stuff. We traveled with 2 kids, 2 strollers, 23 kilo bag and 4 back packs. Nobody help us to pack and unpack our staff from the car. And when driver is a woman that’s fine. But for man it looks a bit strange to be honest.

Great little hotel very close to the airport, ideal for an overnight stop. They were super helpful and collected us from the airport and then dropped us back off where we needed to be the next day. There was no food available at the hotel but the friendly man on reception helped us to order a pizza delivery and we ate this at some tables in the lounge space. We had a family room which was really big! Great little place if you need a stopover.

This was an affordable, clean, quiet hotel near airport. The lady proprieter was very nice. The shuttle to the airport extremely early in the morning which I was able to get on around 4 AM in my case was a life saver. Krakow airport was quite crowded early in the morning at the Lufthansa counter so maybe recommended to start even earlier on busy travel times of the year. It is possible to also walk to the airport but can take some time with large luggage. Once again, very pleasant and kind lady proprieter.
