Price-quality ratio is fair. The room had enough space for 2 people and it had comfy beds. Clean bathroom. It's located more like in a suburb, but the trip to city center by taxi is around 15-20 mins. There's available breakfast for guests for extra fees, but although the selection of food is limited, it's tasty and of good quality. Multilingual receptionists are helpful and friendly. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but there's a small table with chairs right in front of the entrance to the building, where you can smoke, or have coffee. Reception can help you if you need to print anything (for extra payment per page).

There are no toiletries, you need to have your own. In the room there's no cutlery and no fridge, although there's a microwave and a kettle that can be used by all guest. There's no coffee, tea or water in the room - you can get it from the coffee machine or fridge near the reception (for extra payment). Our flight was postponed and we arrived to Krakow later then expected, so instead of 4 pm we had to check-in around 3am, and we were charged extra fees for late check-in.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet suburban area away from the road. Ideal for a transit stop near the airport or for relaxation thanks to swimming pool.

Very rude staff who didn’t help us find our room. Our key opened rooms which were not ours. The location is out of the way and has a very poor condition driveway

Clean area , quiet atmosphere. Air is good . If you need coffee or some ( even cold) drinks they are available for you.

Taxi price you hear at the reception is wrong. Actually it is twice higher ! Don't believe the receptionist! It's rather difficult to get to the supermarket on foot as this area is mainly for people with their own or rented cars. In the room there is no shampoo or gel shower. It would be a good idea to improve the lighting of the room.

Broken wardrobe doors, toilet seat not fitted, door handles loose, holes in towel, bed linen to short for the mattrass, drawers in dressing table distorted. A rundown neglected hotel.
