The location is great. The place is very quiet, just sometimes you hear the airplanes flying overhead because of the airport nearby. But exactly the airport makes this place’s location more than excellent: it took us just 10 minutes to get there from the hotel in the night. Plus the stuff is very open and friendly. We are thankful for their support and hospitality :)

Everything is great!

- location is super convenient to the airport (2 stations by train: from Krakow Zakliki to Krakow Lotnisko, cost 17 zl) - staff is nice and friendly - the room is clean - the is a kettle with tee/instant coffee, hair dryer, basic toiletries (soap dispenser), TV, 2 towels - spacious bathroom - breakfast option at a restaurant with a terrace - kids playground

- it seems air conditioning was not working in my room, so had to sleep with open windows - there were no mattress covers on the bed, the sheets were right on the mattress that did not look fresh (the mattress, the linen was OK)

Quiet location and close to the airport. Spacious room.

Tight parking, in some cases, is due to incorrectly parked vehicles. The unusual thing for me was that the room card had been left in the room waiting for us in an unlocked room?! Must be very safe there, I guess.

poor soundproofing, you could hear the neighbors with their children who were constantly screaming and running around the floor

The message about receiving a key code (for those customers arriving late when the reception is already closed) came quite late in the day. It would be better if we received the key code the day before arriving to the hotel.

Our room was very good for 3*. There was a refrigerator, cups and cattle (a bit leaking), clean sheets and towels. Nice breakfast (not changeable from day to day, but for couple of days it is ok). Fresh furniture in the room. Parking on the hotel’s territory.

Very poor wi-if. The connection was interrupted so often, that it was not possible to download anything

The hotel is near a train station to an airport. It is a quiet place where you can have some rest before your next journey.

Good and clean and quite.

I arrived at midnight and it would be nice if a person/ receptionist meets you, although I’ve rang the hotel and a lovely person guided me through how to open hotel’s door as it was locked.

Tidy, nice property. Easy to access location.

The only one problem was with the car park. It was difficult to find space in late evening. But there’s possibility to park on street free of charge too.
