It was a good choice for a one-night stay on our way from the airport. The value for money is great. A big plus for us - checkout time is 12.00, while most other hotels have it earlier. Plus they even allowed us to stay a few more hours for free. Many thanks for that! It was super helpful since we arrived near 4 am. The hotel is located next to the highway, around 15-minute drive from the airport (at night), and close to IKEA and a few other shopping centers. The public parking right next to the hotel is free and seemed relatively safe, so we didn't use the paid parking provided by the hotel.

The room was quite small, but still ok for the price. Not a minus, but just a thing to keep in mind - the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city near the highway. So it is comfy if you travel by car and want to spend a night and keep driving. While it is not an optimal choice if you'd like to explore the city and travel by public transport.

It may seem that the hotel near the huge crossroads can be a bit noisy. Not at all. The rooms are very quiet. The only noise is this from air-condition but it is not disturbing. The room was perfectly clean, the bathroom also. But what is the biggest advantage is the breakfast. Huge variety of goods: from sausages, through vegetables, salads, to sweets. And delicious coffee.

Regarding disadvantages, I see none. Even concerning the fact of a late check in (2 AM), everything went smooth. Maybe, if someone is very sensitive to noises, the air-condition is not very much quiet, but when it is very hot outside and inside the room it is cool and comfortable, who cares of a little noise.

Location not good Way out of krakow centre ,had to use taxis all the time as my husbands has mobility issues. Assumed breakfast was included in the price ! Not an extra cost .Very expensive breakfasts only had it on our first morning .Ate in krakow for alot less than hotel cost and much better choices too.Air conditioning in the Room was poor so had to open the window ,but then we had traffic noise all night ..

The hotel is pretty new. The rooms are well equipped. I like the possibility of having tea or coffee in your room. The breakfast is excellent. There are a lot of products, including sweets. There is a restaurant in a hotel to have dinner. The staff is very kind and always helps.

There are just two small things that I don't appreciate. The first one is that there is no possibility to have the check-in before 3 pm, but they offer the opportunity to leave your bag in the hotel. In other hotels, if the room is ready before the check-in time, they offer you the check-in before the proper time (with no extra charge). The second one is that there is no fridge in the room. For me, the position of the hotel is good, because it is near the place where I go to work in Krakow. In general, it is not in the city center.

The room is new and well-equipped. There is the possibility of having tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast buffet has a lot of products and also sweets. The hotel has a bus stop and a train station nearby. You can reach the airport in 10 minutes from the train station.

There is no fridge in the room. There is a restaurant in the structure, but the menu is poor. They have just five main courses. The hotel is not in the city center.

Great shower. Enough space for two. Great restaurant on the ground floor (small menu selection, but very tasty and filling portions). Responsive staff that works 24/7. Excellent soundproofing. For 4 nights we never heard other guests either in the corridor outside the door or in the neighboring rooms.

There were some minor cosmetic damages in the room, but they were very noticeable. The room was very dry, and by morning the throat was very dry.

The hotel staff was welcoming. The hotel was clean and was asked if we wanted a clean every day. Fresh bottles of water each day. Tea coffee was also in the room. The location of the hotel was great. Only is a 15-minute walk from the train station or about an hour to walk to kraków

The bed was a little on the hard side for my liking. A mattress top could help the comfort

That was my 2nd stay in this hotel and I've really enjoyed the breakfast. Nice selection of different dishes. options for vege/vega. With some Polish specialities. I've witnesses the situation where the staff was very helpful to accommodate a wish of another guest during breakfast far beyond what is expected on 3-star hotel.

The hotel parking is small and this time there were no places available. Which is a kind of sad, considering the hotel is located in a perfect place if you want to go to Kraków by car. It is possible to find a parking spot in the vicinity of the hotel.

Great service by the staff and very clean hotel. Nearby there's a big shopping mall and right next to it a fuel/gas station. It has got a private parking but that is not necessary because of the free parking spots outside. The breakfast had much options and almost every day there was something different in the menu. Some rooms have view of beautiful big park.

The hotel is excellent, comfortable and pleasant in every aspect, rooms are clean, neat, nicely designed and even somehow spacious. Breakfasts are exceptionally good and staff is very friendly. Most recommended place.

The location is not the best, highways and huge crossroads. Even so, there is no noise in the rooms. On the other hand, there are shops and gas station just nearby and railway station is like 5 minutes walk.
