It was very clean, very specious, nice towels and linen, and comfortable mattress.Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant has amazing food and stuff, especially chefs. There is supermarket, cosmetics store on the ground floor as well which is also very handy. It’s nice and quiet aria.

Some devices are a bit dated and I wanted room/apartment with balcony, but there was no furniture on it, so I couldn’t use it as I wanted, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Room was nice and clean. Had everything you might need during your stay.

The welcoming personal, those who work behind the reception table wasn't so welcoming as they could be. When you arrive somewhere and have place booked usually you expect at least smile (cause you paid for this place, you are not staying there for free. Same when you depart). I've double checked with lady if she is going to open the parking gate for me when I will drive out and she assured me the she would. But at the end we spent sometime in the car in the parking waiting for gate to be opened and then had to manually open the gate using button on internal gate control. It is not a big deal, to be honest, but still affects vacation a bit. And overall, reception can be more welcoming.

We recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at this hotel and overall we were pleased. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Krakow, offering a quieter environment with the advantage of easy access to the city centre. There is a small market next to the hotel with basic groceries and drugstores, which was very handy. There are also several restaurants and a cafe/bakery nearby. The rooms are very spacious and offer plenty of storage space thanks to the large number of closets and storage areas. Most rooms have a balcony, which is a nice bonus. We really appreciated the small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, stovetop and sink. The beds were softer but comfortable, and the rooms had plenty of electrical outlets. In the winter, the entire hotel, including the room, was pleasantly warm, which we appreciated very much. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was also nice. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower and plenty of storage, which made it easy to use every day. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient, including hot meals. There was plenty of seating in the breakfast room, which was nice. However, we would have liked it to be warmer as the room was a bit chilly. Parking is free at the hotel, which is a great advantage, or in the underground garage for a fee of 20 zlotys per day. The tram stop right next to the hotel allows easy access to the city centre, which takes about 20 minutes. Trams run frequently, but unfortunately there is no ticket machine at the stop, which may be impractical for some guests.

Occasional Wi-Fi outages made our stay a little unpleasant. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the hotel.

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean, TV, small kitchen, very good and reach breakfast! Safe underground parking (20 zł/night).

There was almost none kitchen equipment, available only on demand. Only 3 forks and knifes, had to wash them all the time. I left my wallet downstairs and it was stolen in the hotel building (not in the hotel itself), staff was really not interested at all in helping me in this matter.

I liked the fact that I had a very nice quiet room - I never saw another person on my floor, the 5th. I had view out on the small balcony. It was right across the street from the tram stop - and I was able to ride free as a senior. Tram ride is about 20 minutes or so to the old town area. Breakfast was very good. Staff was most helpful. It had a nice small kitchen area with microwave and refrig. Note: parking is in a garage below the hotel - the staff at the desk on the first floor will assign you a parking space - it was around 20 zl per day ($5 US approximately). Yes - Parking in the garage costs money, but it was very secure - it had a garage door at the exit which was closed at night.

I had some trouble finding the hotel at first, as the lodging is embedded in a building with other retail stores. After walking out on the street, I could clearly see the large elongated V on the side of the building which I could not discern when driving up. Note that the hotel is right across from the Bbibliotecha (library), a very modern unique structure. The Chmieleniec tram is also right across the street.

Large room, equipped with everything one could need for both short and longer stay, designed in good old style, with plenty of storage spaces. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Free fast WiFi (however with issues).

Terrible coffee from the machine (I guess beans too cheap, because machine itself makes good impression). WiFi had issues - one of three devices always had problems with internet. Generally, room was bit worn out, deserves renovation.

i lack words to express my gratitude to the staffs of the aparthotel Vanilla. the checked in time supposed to be 2pm but my flight came early, around 9:30 and i got to the hotel by 10am, and they checked me in without stress of explaining myself. everything was so smooth. i love the ambiance of the hotel, the strategy location of the hotel because of the tram transport system.

1. Very nice, well decorated hotel. 2. Super clean. 3. Beds are very comfortable and big. 4. Specious room with a big fridge, microwave, sink, and small stove. And many big wardrobes and drawers which is very good for families. 5. Parking is available. 6. Breakfast was good, including warm and clod options.

1. There were only a few hangers in the wardrobes, which was not enough at all. Most of the wardrobes were empty with no hanger in them. 2. Room service only includes changing the towels and the trash bin. No cleaning or making the bed. 3. The staff in the Oregano restaurant, which serves the breakfast, are not nice at all. They look at you like you are bothering them with your presence. While the restaurant was full of guest, most of the time, there were no coffee mugs or cups, no spoons, and they didn't refill them until you asked them.

Excellent choice as the location was perfect. Out of the busy city centre it s part of a peaceful neighborhood with excellent transportation both to the centre and main monuments and to the airport. The hotel itself is esthetically great and totally clean. Very decent breakfast with a variety of choices and a chic restaurant for those times that you just want to rest in the neighborhood. What more to ask? Thank you!!

Comfortable size apartment with large convenient desk for work. All amenities as advertised. Close to the University campus and synchrotron facility. Easily accessible by car. The restaurant on the ground floor serves excellent breakfast and decent dinners.

Although there is a kitchen annex, you need to ask for any cooking utensils at the reception.
