the reception was either confused or tried to trick our family to pay more (until i showed them the booking conversation and what they excepted prior to our booking) worked out fine but didn’t like the misunderstanding especially since we arrived late and we were tired already. the breakfast (for Muslims especially since it’s mostly bacon and pork related dishes you only have condiments) no washing machine service the fan in the bathroom has to much dust and needs to be cleaned better for ventilation to work

The welcome received, followed by the service by this exceptional Front Desk Assistant, Agnie... is what we consider as most rewarding and favourable. Gentle, informative, and hard working, a true example of what quality service is all about. Rooms were very clean, with ample space and all that one requires. Breakfast had no wow factor, but all items were fresh.

The mattress and the pillows are a letdown. The mattress is hard with no proper support for good sleep. Pillows are too tiny and not within standard. With a bed measuring 200 x 200, a minimum size for a pillow should be 50 x 80. The one pillow we had per person, measured no more than 30 x 60, all soft and mellow, allowing for no decent rest.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Krowodrza Centrum Konferencyjno-Hotelowe. The hotel offers spacious, modern, and impeccably clean rooms that made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a real highlight – varied, fresh, and full of healthy options, including fruits and vegetables. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which added a personal and welcoming touch to the experience. I also appreciated the convenient location – well connected by public transport, with a grocery store just a few minutes away. For the quality of service and comfort provided, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was occasionally unstable

The area is quiet, no noise during the night. + The beds were very comfortable. + Most importantly, the breakfast buffet was incredible, with huge selection of high quality food. I highly recommend getting the option with breakfast, you won't regret it.

This is a bit nitpikcy, but we all thought the toilet was too high from the ground. Other than that, everything was great.

Spacious room and floorings in the toilet. We were able to sleep well on the bed too. Good value for money and the staff are all very reliable and helpful. My prtner and i felt relaxed in the room and we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing much. Id say the white direct light in the room is not my favorite but we just turned it off and used all the indirect light in the room. A warmer light would be nice. We had 1hr jacuzzi as well but man oh man, i feel like a shrimp staying in jacuzzi for 5mins and going out after. Too hot for me and were unable to adjust the temperature well. Too bad theres no phone in the jacuzzi area we couldnt ask someone for help.

Our experience at Krowodrza was exceptional! We are very satisfied with the overall service, the hospitality and the cleanliness of the room and restaurant. Moreover, the food at breakfast was incredibly variable, with options for any palate; everything was tasty and fresh! Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and spacious. All we needed was there! Parking is provided and well-maintained, the wi-fi is great. The organization overall is at a very high level. Keep up the good work and regards from Macedonia!

Really good location for car travellers - the hotel is positioned so that it's not necessary to through the city centre when arriving from the highway, and there was more than enough parking space. At the same time, the easy-to-use and very frequent tram line is within easy walking distance and it takes less than 20 minutes to get pretty much anywhere in the Old Town. The rooms were clean and comfy with a lot of extra space for unpacking and I loved the breakfast - I don't think I've ever seen so many different cheeses and pickled vegetables in one place!

This hotel is amazing and I would give it 11 points if I could. The facilities look brand new, the rooms are big, beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast is great. However, above everything else, I would like to commend the staff. They were super friendly and helped us with everything well beyond the strictly necessary. It is also great that the hotel has a large private parking and a direct connection to the center by tram. I would heartfeltly recommend it to anybody visiting the city.

Location in nowhere with no options for eating outside. When you ask at reception- how to get to the city center- lady on duty on that moment knows nothing, our luck was change of personel afterwards - guy working night shift was very helpful and gave some useful info for options to go out and how to get there better. Thanks!!! Also - quite noisy due to petrol station working downstairs straight below the window all day and night and getting some vehicles repaired.

Very modern and new hotel, room is big, door is big, bed is big, very comfortable. Parking is free. Reception girl is very pretty beautiful and nice and helpful. Breakfast is very delicious.
