The hotel is lovely, the staff is very kind, and the breakfast is good. There are also lots of parking places. We booked two rooms. We came from different locations. I arrived late, but our family arrived early after a long journey and got a room very early, long before check-in time.

We paid 40 Zloty for overnight parking (from around midnight to the morning).

It should be mentioned that breakfast is served in a nearby hotel, and you must ask for vouchers from the reception before going there.

Good location, about a 5 min walk from the bus stop. Even being aside of the highway as it was some meters within, it was very quiet, no noise entered the room. Comfortables bed. Enough space in the room. They hold or luggage almost all day on our check out. Breakfast Buffet is good enough.

Does not have too much to buy from nearby, just a couple of Kebab or something. Breakfast is in the hotel aside, not a big deal unless is raining (few meters of walking with no cover)

Nice big hotel. Although not new, but clean. Quite large rooms with high ceilings. Large bathroom. Warm. Cleaned every day. The staff will always help. Ample parking, not expensive.

Booked 2 rooms. One was missing slippers and robes. When checking in, it is not clear where the reception is. There are 2 of them: one for the hotel, and the other for the conference hall. I waited 20 minutes in the wrong place, and I could not call from a foreign SIM card. It was necessary to simply write that the hotel reception is in the neighboring building. And I was not the only one like that. Four more men also made a mistake.

Clean and on the way out of town along route accessing the highways. We stayed one night during our travels, it served the purpose to sleep the night through.

Cost of parking (40pln/day), otherwise during the weekday you will have trouble finding a spot along the streets Cost of animal stay (50 pln/stay which makes it expensive for one night)

Standard four star hotel , rooms needs some details touch-ups and bathroom some maintenance ( change the shower heads, some o them barely work... ) . Over all good value for the money. We stayed there during cycling Tour de Poland so we had a chance to share the hotel with the most famous bike racers in the world :-) and the breakfast was exceptional A+++

The hotel was huge. Their breakfast spread is great, so many options. It’s very clean. They have a lot of elevators. They allowed us to stay for 1 more hour for free. They also allowed us to leave our luggages for free. Very nice and accommodating staff

It’s quite far from the center and bolt is expensive.

The hotel is located near a major road and within walking distance of a grocery store (Lidl, 0.6km). There’s a bus stop within a 5-6 minute walk that takes us almost to the Old Town of Kracow (15-20 minute ride). The breakfast and dinner are cafeteria-style with a good choice of food on the menu. The hotel is quiet.

I can’t think of anything significant...but would have liked to have more English-language channels on the TV.

Very good hotel for staying it for sleeping. Comparing the cheap price - it was worth. Hotel has their own kids playing room, bar and the pool.

To high price for Car parking 40 zlot. The price for the breakfast is definitely to high 60 zlot/person. Hotel Staff or Employees should improve English language - because it was hard to communicate with them. When we arrived to Hotel it was hard to understand if it is the correct Hotel, because the name on the hotel was different.

Is good situated - bus stop is not far from the hotel. Good sound isolation in the property. Very good breakfast, friendly staff and SPA is free of charge to the guests, who stays in the hotel. Room cleaning every day.

Very “tired” pillows, no fresh air in the room - only conditioner is available. Not comfortable double bad - mattresses are sliding and you getting in the hole between them.
