I loved how communicative the staff was! When I needed something, it was met really fast, and you can see they work really effectively. I stayed for a week, they cleaned the room every other day, took the trash every day, and changed bed linen once.

Far from city centre. If you plan to stay late around the city centre after 11 pm, it is a bit harder to find trams and busses. Premises is a bit old, shower was cloged, but they fix this problem really fast.

Very friendly host, good location (10 minutes from city centre by tram), sufficient size of single rooms, tea and coffee facilities in the room, a clean and quiet place, excellent value for money!

It would be great if breakfast was available, even at an additional cost.

I had an exceptional stay at Akacja Pokoje Gościnne. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful and just adorable.The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the comfort of the rooms was unparalleled. The location was perfect, offering a quiet and peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the city center. I found the value for money to be excellent, making it a steal for the quality of service provided. I traveled by train, and the property was easily accessible from the station. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the photos on Booking.com accurately represented the property. The cleanliness was top-notch, contributing to a quiet and restful environment. I highly recommend Akacja Pokoje Gościnne for anyone visiting Kraków. My stay was nothing short of excellent.I recommend everyone to stay here especially students because it provides a 3 star hotel facilities with on budget price.

An incredible room! Everything you need for a comfortable life you have here. A room for a girl or a sole female traveler. Very clean, neat and cozy. Everything is thought out to detail and on its place. Now I think I need a similar room for me in my house. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall family atmosphere where you are supported and provided all what you need but never considered as only a client as in many other hotels. A dream hotel in a fantastic city. Thank you so much!!!! I hope to return one day

The room was excellent and comfortable. It was equipped with all the necessary stuff. There was a fan for cooling. There were teabags, sugar, plates, etc. available within the room. There were books available for the guests to read within the room as well as on the common bookshelves. The place had a very good kitchen which was well-equipped. The kitchen also had many materials for cooking like pasta, oil, and other basic cooking ingredients. which the guests could use free of charge. They also had umbrellas that the guests could borrow free of charge while going out. Many such amenities were provided free of charge for the guests to use. Overall it was an excellent place to stay.

Very friendly and responsive owner. The beds were comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Also, first time ever we had real flower bouquet in our room! Guest house is small, cozy and located in a quiet neighborhood from where you can easily reach city center by public transport in around 20 minutes.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear neighbors. However, this did not cause a problem for us as other guests were not loud.

Very cosy private room. I liked that there was ample storage space, wardrobe, including in the bathroom to keep my things. The bed was comfortable as well. The host/caretaker was very nice. I checked in very late in the night but she kept my room ready. She was also pleasant and helpful. There is a lovely quiet garden behind the property, with a couple of house cats too. There is barely any noise or disturbance. There is a Zabka (grocery store) right in front of the building which is very convenient. There is a common kitchen with fridge, microwave etc. That you can access. Ample towels were available during my stay. I got my laundry (wash, dry) done for PLN 30, and it was quick, done well and returned to me on the same day.

I would have liked it if my room was cleaned and if my bed was made during the stay.

Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive till 10.30 in krakow , it was no problem for the host. I was not able to use roaming on my phone and the Polish simcard I had purchased in the UK did not work ( my son had met us at the airport and was able to make any calls.). I had to contact my apartment owner in Zakopane, which they did for me, in the end, I purchased a sim card at Zabka, with the sons help translating. They even rang for a taxi for us. Also it was very quiet even though we faced the road.

Although the location for us was not the best, everything else more than made up for it, they went above and beyond to help us. This is only because my husband cannot walk to far.

The apartment is well equipped, big and clean. The girl working there (owner?) was very polite and helpful. She even allowed us to borrow some umbrellas from the reception since it was raining. Outside of the apartment there is a mini market located, where you could find anything you wish.

The decoration of the apartment is a little bit "kitsch" (for our taste at least). The total "ambience" of the apartment could not allow you to totally calm. It is the first time that I ever comment on the decoration of an apartment, but it was just a little bit too much. You can not walk to the center. You can reach it by tram in 15-20 minutes.

I booked the place for my grandfather when he was visiting me in Kraków. It was good value for money, very clean and the staff was very friendly. Public transport and a supermarket are close by.
