Couldn’t be happier with the apartment! The location is only a 5 minute walk from the station, ~25 minutes to old town but there is a bus stop not far if you don’t want to walk. The bed was extremely comfy, almost everything you could want is provided (toaster, microwave, kettle, hobs, cutlery, utensils, etc). The fact that the building itself is keypad entry and then a separate code to get into the room left us feeling very safe, given it is not a staffed building and there is no reception. However, it is worth noting that this is a residential building, so the bottom two floors are residential apartments and the top floor is where the station apartments are. There is no lift in this building, so you will have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues or large amounts of luggage this might be an issue for you.

As soon as we left the bus terminal, we followed the directions provided and arrived at our destination. Also, the location was great, especially given its proximity to the old town. Although the place we stayed in was small, it met our needs and was tidy. The beds were quite comfortable. It is a place I would suggest to visitors to Krakow, as well as a place I would return to.

Although there was noise and dust from the ongoing construction next to the building during the day, there was no such disturbance at night.

The apartment 21 is bright and spacious, tastefully decorated, with everything you need. They even provide shampoo and shower gel and dishwasher tablets. The washing machine is handy when traveling in hot summer days to get rid of the sweat stench after a long day's walking. There are three TVs, in living rooms and both bedrooms, but we barely use them. We chose this apartment because it's just a short walk to the main train station platforms. From there, you can walk across the station and the shopping mall to access lots of shops and eateries. The self check-in and out approach is very convenient and easy, especially when we arrived after midnight due to flight delay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

There is some excavation work going on next to the apartment and the diggers start early in the morning. Got woken up a few mornings but it's not a great issue.

pryyemno. Stayed for several days. Convenient location not far from the railway station, convenient transport interchange, near the old town and shops. Good communication with the owner and comfortable check-in and check-out from the room. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay - an electric stove, a microwave oven, a toaster, teapots, a set of dishes, paper towels, an iron, and more. A pleasant surprise was the presence of coffee, tea, sugar, salt.....nice.

Very clean and spaceous. We stayed in number21 with big balcony. Dinner table and chairs are bigger and nicer than in the picture, the bathroom is very nice with cool light settings and high ceilings.

Everything was perfect except in the bath and shower the water was only boiling hot, no cold water to mix. When we had to wash we had to fill half bath with boiling hot water and the other half with ice cold water with bowls and pots we were carrying in the bathroom from the kitchen sink or bowls of snow from the balcony to cool down the bath. That was quite a fun activity when i look back at it, but it should be sorted out.

The property is clean and there is plenty of space we were close enough to the centre without being in the centre beautiful balcony quiet surrounding we were left tea coffee and sugar dish/hand soap shampoo and body wash

The property is in need of some repairs but didn’t effect use quite a few stairs this would not be disabled friendly as there is no lift in the property there was also no instructions on where to take our rubbish so unfortunately had to leave this inside the property on leaving

Had everything you needed. Small kitchen, good shower, comfy bed. Host let us leave our bags inside the apartment until check in and let us leave an hour after check out so was accommodating which was appreciated.

Few minor things. No hanging storage for clothes, pillows were lumpy and need replacing. Lots of creaking floorboards which kept me awake. Building site was next door at the time also.

We stayed in a small cozy apartment. For me the biggest let down was the size of the room - I was expecting something a little bit bigger. Some of the furniture is well used, which wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe for someone else it’s important. But the location was perfect for quick day trips or just strolling around the city centre. An amazing price for the service, so overall - I’m very happy with my choice!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Six people fit comfortably. It had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I've never slept this well before. Everyone loved the place. The check-in was easy, and everything worked as described. I can only recommend it. Thank you for this wonderful experience and place. We love Poland! 🫶😃❤️

Excellent location, the staff was really good! The woman in charge is a message of distance of full assistance in everything!

The only thing that takes away points is that we were in the smallest apartment and it doesn't have a place to wash the dishes or that kind of thing. But overall it's really good!
