It was clean, comfortable and a safe place to leave my possessions when I went out. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was in an excellent location just two minutes away from the station and shopping center and less than 10 minutes away from the Old Town Square. Perfect for a first time solo traveller and great value for money.

The breakfast area was a little cramped unless you got up very early. This was more due to the size of the building and where it was located though and is a minor detail in an otherwise perfect basic cheap and cheerful hotel. There was always the option to sit outside if the weather permitted.

We stayed in Kraków for just one night, and this hotel turned out to be a very convenient choice. Its location right next to the train station is perfect if you’re traveling and need a quick stopover. The historic city center is also within walking distance, so you can still enjoy a stroll through Kraków’s charming streets without much effort. The room was very small – just enough space to rest after a long journey – but it served its purpose for a short stay. It would have been even better if there had been a fridge and a hairdryer, as those little comforts can make a big difference. Overall, a practical option for travelers looking for a well-located place to spend the night

1. Location was fabulous. 5 min walk from Krakow Glowny, 10 mins from Old Town & 5 mins from the Kiss & Ride from where all the trips to Auswitch, salt mines etc leave. Tram stop is 1 minute from the hotel from where you can head into the Jewish Quater & areas further away. 2. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler. Shower, air conditioning, cleanliness etc were good 3. Safe, well lit & busy approach to the hotel - made me feel safe coming back late at night 4. Staff were polite & courteous

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with early morning or late-night railway tickets. The location is incredibly convenient, as it’s right next to both Kraków Główny railway station and Kraków Autobusowe bus station. You’ll also find a fantastic shopping mall just steps away, along with Biedronka, Żabka, and cozy cafes. For my lovely Ukrainians, it’s worth noting that a Nova Poshta post office is just about 50m from the hotel :) The area is also well-connected, with numerous buses and trams nearby, making it easy to explore the city. A perfect choice for comfort and convenience!

Very good value for money. Close to the Old Town. The train and bus station is very close by, underneath a huge shopping mall. My room was clean, modern and functional. The bed was comfy. All good. The buffet breakfast was really great. Plenty of food and drinks and the choices changed a bit each morning. Staff were polite and helpful (except for one young girl serving at the buffet breakfast).

Maybe next time I will stay in the Old Town. A kettle and tea making facilities in the rooms would be nice.

A perfect budget stay in a clean, comfy and functional room. It is literally a 5-10 minute walk from Krakow Glozny station so perfect for the weary traveller. It is also a 15-20 minute walk into the old town so it is spot on for a city stay in Krakow. I also liked the fact that they had a filtered water fountain in reception to re-fill your water bottles. Easy check in and out as well. What is not to love here for the rate you pay. I would highly recommend Ibis Budget, Krakow.

I was a solo traveller so the room was OK for me but for a couple, the room space may be considered more limited.

Room was basic as expected but clean, comfortable and in a great location. Very easy to get to/from the airport, train station, old town and the bus stop for day tours. It was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. No complaints. Shower is not separate to the room, fine for us travelling as a couple, but if you are not a couple it may be an issue. We wore eye masks to help block out any residual cultural lighting entering the room. Overall very happy with our stay here and would recommend

The hotel is in a good location. It's very close to the train and bus stations. It's very close to the old town. When you're tired, you can return to the hotel, rest, and explore again. There's a large shopping mall near the hotel. You can easily find anything you're looking for.

The breakfast was completely unsatisfactory. They ran out of croissants every day of my stay, and every time I asked, I was told they didn't have any.

Simple with beds a small table and a shower. But it has all you need + the location is fantastic, like 10-20 minutes walk to everything and the train station if you need to travel to further locations Is behind the hotel like 5 mins

Nothing really if anything the shower is a bit weak but that's all.
