We really enjoyed our stay, but what stood out most was the receptionist (Michal Cialowicz), who did an excellent job. He was always attentive, polite and ready to help with anything we needed. He really made a difference in our experience. We would definitely come back!

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but anyway everything was easy and quick to reach.

It was our first time in this hotel and although we arrived late at night, we enjoyed that they had a 24hr reception and that we could park our car for free in the backyard. We also got a room upgrade for free which was nice. The breakfast was rich and full of variety. Probably the best breakfast we have ever had!

I was happy to speak a bit of Polish to the receptionist although my knowledge of the language was quite limited. They seemed to be quite shy and a bit reluctant with English but still nice to us.

Everything was very clean, staff were friendly. They even called our room to say they are waiting on us for breakfast, even though we thought it's too late. We loved the stay!

The sink was leaking, but that was not critical to us. Reception told us the night before breakfast is only until 10, but in fact it was until 11. But they called us in the morning that we can come, so in the end we had our breakfast

the location was easy to find at night. the room was clean and cosy, though windows were faced towards a busy and noisy street - we had a choice to use air conditioning or open the window at night for a cool air to breeze in. Breakfast was really good and rich - vegetables and fruits fresh, eggs perfectly cooked, etc.

Location was not bad,close to the bus stop and few shops around. Clean and spacious rooms.

Hot tube in our room didn't work ,when told the staff they said "it should work" and didn't do anything about it instead of sending someone up. Breakfast quite poor. Staff standing there , looking bored..did not try to approach the customer,asking if they could help in any way. Overall: our stay was okay.

Perfect as always. Staying for the third time during my trips to Krakow in last 3 years. Good location for those who is traveling by car. City entry/exit with no problems. 15min driving from the old town. Good parking. Perfect breakfast. Highly recommend.

Hotel small but cozy, good location if you are traveling, good breakfast. Dinner was just fantastic (for additional money of course). Waitress in the restaurant was very professional, perfect english language.

Though four stars hotel, there was no vanity kit. Staff in reception was unhappy and with poor english - couldn’t normally explain were to park the car :)

The location was good if you travel with pet. Plus is a parking option.

There was a party during our stay and music was heard also in our room. Once it ended the staff started to arrange tables and chairs at 1am scraping the floors and being very loud. This might be just one time thing but still disturbing guests sleep.

Great hotel for family of 5, parked car for free there, walked into main square. Room was really good size for family with 3 teenagers. Good buffet breakfast.

Just missing restaurants food options around the area, but we knew that in advance and ate in town.

The rooms were great, cleaned and the bed were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and would recommend it for the variety of options.

The rooms are a little bit smaller than how they are presented in the pictures. The only issue was that we were charged for the breakfast despite being included in the booking payment.
