Almost Everything, the stuff was really nice too especially the blond guy with long hair & tattoos, was super nice & very helpful with all of us.

The only few things we didn't like was that the restaurant & especially the bar closes @10pm sharp in a 4 star hotel & even they close you outside the terrace without notice and you have to turn around the hotel to get inside from the main door and the last thing is that if the clients don't make the sign to do their room, it is suppose for the cleaners NOT TO ENTER WITHOUT PERMISSION from the occupants of the room unless their is a fire or a high risk of something in the room with a security!

We chose the hotel because we wanted to go to the aqua park. It is perfectly located if you want to spend your time there and come back to the room. There is a supermarket and a nice cafe not to far from the hotel, which was good. The room was quite spacious and it had everything we needed.

We asked the receptionist to book a taxi for us to go to the airport. We knew it would be more expensive than Uber or Bolt, but we were willing to pay more just to make sure the taxi is there for us on time. However, we didn't expect that the company would charge us 3 times the normal price. We think it was unreasonable and we think the hotel should treat their guest better

The reception staff are great. I always stay here when I need a hotel in Krakow. I requested a high floor room and I was given this. Housekeeping are always super helpful and friendly. I travel alone and feel extremely safe in this hotel

There was a corporate party one evening with very loud music into early hours mid week. And the fire alarm went off and all people in rooms evacuated but the party continued which was annoying. Also there was a lot of teenagers at the hotel who had a habit of using a large space outside the lift area on my floor as a gathering point. They were moved when I complained to reception. Breakfast isn’t the best, no toaster and not much hot food apart from pancakes and scrambled eggs. Glad I only paid for 1 breakfast.

Nice large hotel with great breakfast and tasty food at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke great English.

The hallway door after getting out of elevator on floor 1 was causing noise in my room when people going through it. It was an obstacle I had to go through. It should stay open. I don’t see a reason to have a door on the floor that every person has to open on the way to their room. The bed mattress were very thin and uncomfortable, had to move at night to avoid some metal touching my body. The sauna was very outdated. The magazines there are over 10 years old. There was no water in the shallow pool for feet dipping/sitting area.

Aqua park is right next to the hotel, that’s the biggest advantage, fairly good hotel facilities, clean and good selection of food for breakfast however they didn’t have porridge. WiFi was also good.

Distance to the town centre, it’s far if you want to be walk, don’t even think about it. Also, card to the room didn’t work, had to go back and forth to the reception with luggages until I have asked for a new one, this shouldn’t be the case and last thing for improvements is for reception staff to be more proactive and inform guests about extra perks or special offer/discount when booking aqua park as a hotel guest, this wasn’t mentioned to us at all and we only noticed a leaflet and ask for details.

I like staying in the hotel. I was there with my family and relatives. We actually arrived earlier than we planed and later I needed to extend my stay for one more day after my family left. And it was very easy to extend the stay in both cases, I appreciate that, thank you. Breakfast was good. I was surprised to find korean traditional kimchi among other pikles. Kimchi is not very common dish in Europe and I like it. So kudos for that.

Minor inconvenience was the lack of power outlets for laptop/phone chargers. You need to unplug the fridge or lamp to charge your phone or use laptop. Not critical at all, but still a thing to improve.

Nice rooms, and plenty of breakfast options. Convenient location for my return visits. Solid selection of in-room tea/coffee options.

The staff is unfriendly. The carpets in the hallways are stained all over. The parking lot access is inconvenient. The mini fridge in the room is situated in a cupboard where it most likely isn't supposed to be because it's seriously overheating and most likely posing a fire hazard.

Checking was nice and easy. The man at reception was a cool dude. Room had windows to open or AC for cool the room which worked nicely.

Some kids were in next rooms and they were loud until midnight. I told them to shut up around 22:30 which helped a bit but I didn't call reception. Wifi was bit unstable and was losing connection from time to time.

Good parking (not free however), great location for families as there is a waterpark next door. The room was very clean and the beds were good. We stayed here on our roadtrip to recharge our batteries and get some well-earned rest.

Shower water pressure wasn't the best

Breakfast I ate outside hotel. Room was big and comfortable.

There was no air conditioner in the room or it wasn't working, so it was too hot at night. On night from Saturday to Sunday sleep was disturbed by a discotheque. It was very noisy from three to four o'clock.
